Other World was an important part of the Otherworld, governed by the Grand King Kai. Anyone who had made great contributions in the Living World could be allowed to keep their body after death and live in Other World to continue training.

Compared with the Living World, the only difference was the halo over their head.

In truth, as an important part of the Otherworld, Other World was also a crucial cornerstone in maintaining the stability of the galaxies.
