Background

Chu Yun first appears as a Nine Splendor Sect disciple nailed to an execution rack after being accused of stealing a sect treasure and murdering a fellow disciple. The original body had been framed by Ye Wanrou, Zhu Tian Suo, and the Grand Elder; Chu Yun transmigrates into it and activates the Background Editing System, gaining the means to alter his circumstances through Editing Points. 1

After returning to Great Xia, he is recognized as the long-missing Ninth Prince. He recounts having survived among a wolf pack before a farmer taught him to read and write.
