In her previous life, Meng Ruoxue was the Heavenly Mandate Empress, a Great Emperor who ruled from the Mountain of Destiny through the Great Dao of Destiny. She and the Sky Demoness fought over an extraterrestrial treasure; the treasure shattered, destroying both of their bodies. Each retained half of it, allowing them to reincarnate. 16

A painful memory from her past concerns Wu Xie, an orphan raised among bandits.
