Seeing Genos hold Gula back, Nerl looked at Luo.
"I think so."
"Of course!"
Luo replied confidently, then stood up.
The Op-Op Fruit was an extremely special Devil Fruit. It granted immensely powerful abilities, but it also consumed far more stamina than ordinary fruits. Its stamina cost was especially enormous when ROOM was active—it was practically a bottomless pit.
However, thanks to Rod, Luo had started practicing with them in that utterly reckless way several years ago.
Though the training seemed almost like fooling around, it had genuinely improved his stamina. That was why Luo had kept at it.
Besides, in the past few years, Rod had often gotten himself covered in wounds and come to Luo for treatment, which had also led Luo to use his Devil Fruit powers more often.
The result was that Luo now had more stamina, a body that recovered faster, and far greater mastery of his Devil Fruit abilities!

Luo opened his palm slightly, and a pale blue circle rapidly expanded, nearly covering the entire island.
"Found them!"
Using his Devil Fruit ability, Luo immediately sensed Rod, who was fighting Onigumo in the North District, as well as Grey, who was aboard another warship farther away.
Could he have been locked up?
Sensing Grey's location, Luo wondered silently.
During his earlier fight with Gula, he had noticed Grey being taken away by a group of Marines. But at the time, Luo had been busy dealing with Gula, and Grey hadn't looked like he was being arrested, so Luo hadn't been in a hurry to act.
Now, though, he had enough stamina to bring Grey back.
Luo's ability activated in an instant. The next moment, Grey, who had been talking with Luca in the warship's engine room, appeared on
