Recovery and Reserve Management

• Ye Kang uses Wood Element True Qi to regulate his breathing and later circulates it while absorbing Qi Replenishing Pills 24 158.
• His Pearl-Containing Orb absorbs, transforms, stores, and returns True Qi, helping sustain him during prolonged combat 525.
• Azure Qi, refined after the Azure Profound Scripture reaches perfection, is distinct from the Azure Green Qi Ye Kang absorbed. He can direct it over a wound for rapid healing 423.

Activation and Formations

Distinction from Heaven and Earth Qi

• True Qi is a cultivator’s usable internal energy. Heaven and Earth Qi is collected from natural phenomena and may be refined for cultivation; refining Azure Nether Qi, for example, greatly improves Ye Kang’s speed 912 929.
• The Six Qi are tied to a person’s innate nature and Return to Truth cultivation. They normally reside in a Nether Realm world rather than inside the body or the present world 923 979.
