Su Hongxiu formerly served as a Demon Hunting General of the Three Prefectures Department, at the same rank as Demon Suppressing General Shen Guili. She was removed from the post after what she dismissively calls a “small mistake,” then became Head Scholar at the Martial Academy. 697
