"The Mystic Sect and the seven sects of the Heaven Sect shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Heavenly Court and jointly abide by its laws. The various branches of the Demon Race and the members of the Star God Alliance must likewise enter the Heavenly Court. All unorthodox cultivators who have reached the Second Realm must report to the Heavenly Court for assignment and office. Those who defy this shall be deemed rebels against Heaven."

Violators shall be severely punished according to the heavenly laws, without exception."
"Furthermore, all future Dharma assemblies and sacrificial rites shall worship the Orthodox Gods of the Heavenly Court, and unified regulations must be established. This shall be an iron law for the seven sects.
