History

Formation and Ninja World Unification

Brahmin established the Empire in place of the Ninja World’s divided countries and villages. Imperial history lessons describe the former ninja system as one in which shinobi fought for money and served as tools. The new state distributed Sacred Blessing Serum and chakra-refining instruction, allowing previously untrained commoners with favorable genes to enter the Kshatriya class 66 92.

Human Production Machines then transformed the Empire’s population and economy. Their output surpassed the original population, and new cities appeared in succession. Complete unification, with no resistance remaining on the original planet, was announced on October 24, Year 1 of the Imperial Calendar 93 94 114.

Interstellar and Parallel-World Expansion

Following unification, the Empire launched its space-exploration program. Creation Spores prepared planets for habitation, while manufactured citizens built settlements, production facilities, armies, and new fleets. By the time Kaguya toured its expeditionary forces, almost the entire Milky Way had been occupied and some colony ships were exploring beyond it 114 135 165.

The Imperial Academy of Sciences also developed methods for intervention in parallel worlds. Sasuke volunteered for the Super-Space Soul Projection Project after learning of Naruto’s world-conquering achievements. In the Evangelion world, Shinji established production facilities using optimized local human genes; the Empire subsequently analyzed S² Engines and began another wave of space expansion there 140 180 185.

Expansion into Other Universes

Brahmin’s connection of separate multiversal subspaces removed the need to rely exclusively on Gates of Time and Space. The Empire took control of the Chat Group and directed its members to conquer their home worlds before Imperial deployment. Harry Potter completed his assignment and became Planetary Governor, with a scheduled troop deployment canceled in favor of production machines and modular factories 197 223 226.

Other conquests followed different routes. Bruce Banner accumulated manufactured citizens and secretly replaced political leaders before Earth’s governments dissolved into a single Imperial state. Superman imposed Imperial control through military destruction and violent suppression, while Lu Mingfei followed Intelligent Brain instructions to dismantle national military systems and reconstruct his world 258 274 275 294 298 309.

In the Warhammer universe, Imperial citizens’ resistance to Chaos corruption and superior living conditions drew attention from the Emperor and Guilliman. Investigation led the Imperium of Man to begin integration, alongside the Adeptus Mechanicus and Necrons. The restored Emperor used Imperial Subspace power against the Chaos Gods, while Imperial forces suppressed demons and cultists 330 339 341 343 344.

By the later chapters, parallel-world conquest had become an ordinary military assignment. Brahmin remained the supreme authority over countless alternate individuals, although several Orochimaru variants sought power sufficient to overthrow him 363 364.

Government and Society

Supreme Authority and Institutions

  • Uchiha Brahmin — Founder, technological architect, supreme ruler, and central object of worship. His overwhelming power maintains order among parallel versions of major figures 163 180 363.
  • Imperial Academy of Sciences — Studies and improves Brahmin’s organized technological knowledge; operates projects such as Super-Space Soul Projection 140 163.
  • Planetary Governors — Administer conquered worlds. Documented governors include Harry Potter, Bruce Banner, and Lu Mingfei 226 275 298.
  • Inter-universe reconstruction staff — Issues conquest instructions, distributes equipment, appoints governors, and arranges the delivery of production facilities 223 224 226.
  • Provisional Enlightenment Committee — Coordinates local reconstruction and resource exploitation. On Pahok Star, it uses Genestealers and cultists as bait for Tyranids and Chaos demons 236.

Caste System

Class Position and Duties
Kshatriya First-class citizens exempt from production work; expected to fight, expand Imperial territory, and reproduce. Only this class is eligible for Super Soldier modification 62 165.
Vaishya Second-class citizens who serve as auxiliary troops, support expansion, and reproduce 62.
Shudra Third-class citizens assigned auxiliary service, war-machine maintenance, and vanguard duties 62.
Dalits / Untouchables The Empire’s designation for beings outside its membership, treated as inferior targets for conquest rather than protected fellow citizens 62 178.
  • Caste placement is described as dependent on power level and genetic quality rather than inherited status or family background 66 345.
  • Class differences do not grant unrestricted violence against citizens: a Kshatriya has no right to casually kill a Shudra 104.

Citizenship and Assimilation

  • Injection with Sacred Blessing Potion or Serum grants chakra and Imperial legal status. Loyal faith in Brahmin can also confer temporary citizenship without an injection 66 178 224.
  • Newly converted inhabitants may initially possess only temporary status and lack the Empire’s expected values 214.
  • Manufactured citizens receive values and beliefs aligned with the Empire. Their rapid numerical growth makes the conquered population—and its original ideology—a minority 183 185 191.
  • Gene collection incorporates local populations into new Imperial generations. Genetic diversity is valued, and intelligent species can be converted and reproduced rather than simply exterminated 180 198.
  • Outsiders are frequently labeled “savages” and denied human rights until conversion; in Shinji’s conquered cities, they are expelled from residences before manufactured citizens arrive 180 181 226.

Welfare and Reproduction

  • Citizens receive basic necessities without payment, including cafeteria food and housing. Imperial education describes bathing in the Ganges as a cure for illness 92.
  • Banner announces free medical care, housing, and transportation after taking control of Earth, helping stabilize public opinion 275.
  • Human Production Machines can take over child-rearing and produce an adult within one day. Such citizens do not depend on traditional family attachments or parental care 214.
  • Gestating children are legally Imperial citizens. Abortion is forbidden, although parents may decline to raise the child and transfer that responsibility to a production machine 180 214.
  • Warhammer envoys are attracted by safe shelter, clean food and water, supernatural abilities, and protection from Chaos corruption 339.

Discrimination and Repression

  • The Empire’s protections are conditional on recognized citizenship; its officials and followers repeatedly dehumanize people outside that category 62 178 226.
  • In conquered Earth societies, Imperial citizens develop genetic detection systems targeting Black ancestry. Identified citizens have their status revoked and are sterilized, while excluded populations are confined and fed leftovers 184.
  • Imperial soldiers later round up Black people for mass sacrifice in a Flesh and Blood Great Array intended to bring Subspace power to a planetary will 315.
  • Soldiers beat Shudras and higher-ranking citizens who attempt to rescue the intended victims, showing that internal objections do not necessarily restrain Imperial violence 315.
  • Resistance is suppressed through military force, political replacement, displacement, and execution; Naruto openly discusses having Hiruzen beheaded during a parallel-world conquest 125 274 275 294.

Technology and Capabilities

Chakra Engineering

  • Sacred Blessing Potion / Serum — Grants chakra and supports citizenship conversion 66 178 224.
  • Biological enhancement — Genetic engineering and artificial organs strengthen citizens; Imperial methods can scientifically induce Sharingan development 140 165.
  • Chakra Energy Compression Bottles — Store specialized chakra attributes or ninjutsu, convert other chakra into the stored type, and power compatible devices 233.
  • Widely accessible techniques — Later citizens can use electromagnetic protection, memory reading, and mind control through knowledge of the relevant energy and brainwave conversions 309.

Intelligent Brains

  • Soul-attached Yin-Release devices are mass-produced and provided free to manufactured citizens; they grow stronger alongside their users 194.
  • Applications include accelerated learning, personalized combat styles, battlefield analysis, and tactical guidance 194 295.
  • Network access supports identification, communications, facility use, and access to permitted areas 214.
  • Their knowledge spans basic crafts, industrial production, spacecraft construction, energy systems, materials, and planetary modification 224.
  • They supply standardized conquest plans, allowing an inexperienced governor to follow instructions rather than devise an invasion independently 298.

Human Production Machines

Documented Model Output
Small standard machine 1,000 citizens per twenty-four-hour cycle 180.
Adeke’s medium-sized machine 100,000 humans daily, using locally collected genes to create exclusive Gene Seeds 233 234.
  • Machines use Gene Seeds and nutrient supplies to manufacture healthy Imperial citizens; the Empire explicitly distinguishes this process from ordinary cloning 93 180.
  • Training in illusions gives newly produced humans practical experience that can rapidly translate into real-world chakra development 93.
  • Output can include humans, dragons, and hybrids, allowing formerly rare species to become widespread 309.

Creation Spores and Planetary Reconstruction

  • Creation Spores transform lifeless planets into habitable environments and can seize control of an existing ecosystem 114 232.
  • Manufactured colonists establish food production, nutrient supplies, cities, districts, armies, and fleets 135.
  • Fixed planetary teleportation gates connect completed colonies to the capital planet 135.
  • Subspace can cause Creation Spores to develop on planets beyond the Empire’s immediate physical reach 198.
  • Occupied planets may receive nanostar ribbons, ecosystem-controlling Kabbalah Trees of Life, replacement vegetation, and robot factories 214.

Subspace / Warp

  • Reflects souls within its reach and gathers their emotional energy, strengthening both itself and Brahmin 137.
  • Brahmin can directly corrupt and convert soul projections into followers 137.
  • Provides blessings, supports inter-universal connections, and serves as the medium for Imperial teleportation networks 197 214.
  • Imperial citizens entering the Warhammer setting resist the Four Gods’ corruption despite producing emotional power those gods can sense 330.
  • Specialized siphoning technology converts Chaos Gods’ power into the user’s own while freeing them from its original corruption and control 335 345.

Military

Forces

  • Imperial Army — Conducts planetary surface warfare and occupation 165.
  • Imperial Navy — Operates warships, expeditionary fleets, transports, and warp-capable vessels 165.
  • Super Soldiers — Kshatriyas modified through twenty-three surgeries and implanted biochemical organs; each is described as capable of destroying an ordinary surface civilization 165.
  • Angel Cockroaches — Imperial life-forms whose forces on one remote planet defeat two Otsutsuki 163.
  • Species-integrated armies — Include human and Orc forces; Guda leads an Imperial army through a portal to conquer Gerard’s planet 330 336 337.

Super Soldier Modifications

  • Super Biological Armor, immense chakra reserves, enhanced muscles and bones, and powerful regeneration 165.
  • Two hearts, three lungs, flight, vacuum survival, and fusion biological power organs 165.
  • Information extraction by consuming an intact brain, including that of a dead enemy 165.

Weapons and Equipment

  • High-Energy Chakra Compression Gun — A principal Super Soldier weapon 165.
  • Composite Enhanced Energy Amplification Armor — Lets otherwise unmodified soldiers overpower strong Orcs and withstand attacks that cannot penetrate its protection 234 235.
  • Chakra Energy Dissolution Guns — Used in light infantry and heavier anti-air configurations 234 235.
  • Enhanced Particle Cutting Dagger — Part of Simmons 365’s battlefield equipment 234.
  • Modified Amaterasu Chainsaw Sword — Adeke’s weapon, powered by Chakra Energy Compression Bottles and capable of recovering its flames after combat 233.
  • Massive Amaterasu Concentrated Particle Cannon — A warship weapon capable of melting and destroying a planet 233.
  • Anti-demon equipment — Attacks demons’ true forms through Subspace, enabling permanent destruction rather than merely defeating their manifestations 344.

Documented Limits

  • Early interdimensional gates become exponentially more expensive to maintain and cannot remain open permanently; ordinary portals can explode when transporting extremely high-energy objects 135.
  • The God of Otsutsuki absorbs soldiers’ chakra-based bombs despite their stated ability to destroy small planets, demonstrating that destructive output alone does not overcome every opponent 170.
  • Imperial equipment reduces training requirements, but does not make all unmodified citizens physically equal to stronger alien species without armor 235.

Notable Members and Factions

  • Uchiha Brahmin — Founder and supreme ruler; supplies the Empire’s technological foundation and maintains ultimate control over its population 163 363.
  • Kakashi — Loyal supporter who urges Obito to join the Empire and take Sacred Blessing Serum, offering the prospect of Rin’s resurrection 33.
  • Naruto Uzumaki — A former orphan elevated to Kshatriya status; builds production machinery in a parallel world and participates in Imperial conquest 66 115 125.
  • Sasuke / Second Pillar — Imperial soldier and soul-projection volunteer. Numerous parallel Sasukes serve within the Empire 140 362 363.
