Jiraiya stood at Konoha's gates, grief-stricken, tears streaming down his face as he wept. He had returned to set things right and eliminate Uchiha Kazuto—the usurper who had seized the Hokage's position and murdered his teacher!
His teacher might have had his flaws, but there was no way he could have been the one to kill the Second Hokage. Uchiha Kazuto was a vile beast, and his crimes deserved death!
The Uchiha really were born evil. The Second Hokage had been right.
"Stop right there, you! You're coming with us!"
Before Jiraiya could even begin his plan, several Military Police Force shinobi came over with batons in hand, eyeing the weeping Jiraiya with hostility.
"Wah... What are you doing?"
Jiraiya took a step back, eyeing the Military Police Force shinobi warily.
"What are we doing? Shouldn't you be asking yourself that? What have you done? Taken a dump in the street? Or littered? Enough talk. You're coming with us!"
They didn't recognize Jiraiya. The shinobi were originally just nobodies, mere Genin. But after joining the Military Police Force, they had gained much greater strength thanks to Uchiha Kazuto's Dojutsu.
The leader of the group even had the combat strength of a Jonin.
For Uchiha Kazuto, who now governed the entire village and had enacted a multitude of laws, earning a steady stream of power in return, it wasn't difficult to permanently raise some people's strength to Jonin level.
"Get out of my way! I'm not going to the Military Police Force with you."
Jiraiya waved them off and turned to leave. What a joke. He hadn't committed any crime, so why would he go to the Military Police Force to be punished? And besides, the Military Police Force was led by that Uchiha Kazuto
