After the group gained new strength and Soul Rings in the Sunset Forest, Su Yu and Ning Rongrong left for Shrek Academy while Dugu Yan stayed behind.

• Dugu Bo defeated Flender and Zhao Wuji, then took Su Yu and Ning Rongrong to the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well and demanded Su Yu’s External Soul Bone.
• Su Yu offered to cure Dugu Bo and Dugu Yan, gathered rare herbs, and explained how Soul Bones could draw out their poison.

After the celebration, Su Yu and Shrek Academy traveled to Heaven Dou City, where Flender rejected the academy committee’s offer and agreed to visit Blue Tyrant Academy.

• Su Yu returned to Shrek Academy with Ning Rongrong, then gave Xiao Wu and Zhu Qing Immortal Herbs that raised their Soul Power and prompted them to join the visit to the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect.
• At the sect, Su Yu recognized Qian Renxue beneath her Xue Qinghe disguise, and the two confronted their secrets and kissed before he promised not to expose her.
• Ning Rongrong revealed that her Martial Soul had evolved into the Nine Treasures Glazed Tile Pagoda, and Ning Fengzhi celebrated the breakthrough by renaming the sect the Nine Treasures Glazed Tile Sect.
• At the banquet, Dai Weisi attacked Dai Mubai and Zhu Qing, but Su Yu and Zhu Zhuyun intervened, and afterward, Qian Renxue and Su Yu continued their teasing while Ning Rongrong and her friends got drunk on Peach Blossom Wine.

After Dai Mubai killed Xue Beng, Qian Renxue used the death to strengthen her position while Heaven Dou hunted Dai Mubai. Su Yu took Zhu Qing to Star Luo City so she could face the Zhu Family and end her engagement, where the family’s inheritance test revealed a shortage of talented young members.

• Flender brought the Shrek students to Blue Tyrant Academy, where Liu Erlong reunited with him, offered them places, and made him vice dean.
• Dai Mubai struck Zhu Qing while drunk, and after she rejected his apology and ended their engagement, she resolved to change her own fate with Su Yu’s encouragement.
• Su Yu warned Qian Renxue that Xue Beng was a dangerous obstacle and suggested his death could be blamed on a Star Luo prince.
• At Tian Chun Pavilion, Dai Mubai fought Xue Beng and his attendants, then beat Xue Beng to death after Su Yu influenced events behind the scenes.
• Qian Renxue requested a wanted decree for Dai Mubai, while Xue Xing launched an investigation and learned Dai Mubai was the Star Luo Empire’s Third Prince.
• Su Yu warned Zhu Qing that the empires might target her because of her engagement to Dai Mubai, so she decided to return to Star Luo and break it off.

Su Yu helped Zhu Qing end her engagement to Dai Mubai, and Zhu Qing reconciled with Zhu Zhuyun after discovering Dai Weisi had arranged attacks and tried to control her. Dai Mubai was captured and handed over to Heaven Dou, where Prince Xue Xing began torturing him while keeping him alive.

• Zhu Haotian annulled Zhu Qing’s engagement to Dai Mubai after Su Yu offered the Zhu Family three ten-thousand-year soul bones, and Zhu Qing accepted Su Yu’s affection.
• Zhu Qing accused Zhu Zhuyun of arranging attacks against her, but Zhu Zhuyun discovered Dai Weisi had ordered the hunt and the sisters reconciled.
