Background / History

Sasuke is an Earth transmigrator who awakens in the body of Uchiha Sasuke shortly before Team 7’s formation. Rather than follow the expected path of vengeance and defection, he concludes that Itachi’s actions created an ideal route for him to rise within Konoha, become Hokage, and preserve the Uchiha name. His determination activates the Listen to Advice System, which grants rewards for following advice and can multiply rewards when he rejects malicious suggestions. 1

He openly declares two ambitions: to kill “that man” and to become Hokage. Naruto immediately treats him as a rival for the position, while Sakura’s attraction to Sasuke becomes apparent during Team 7’s introduction. 1
