Creation Green Lotus

With this thought in mind, Old Ancestor Styx no longer hesitated and followed the direction indicated by the Twelve-grade Karmic Fire Red Lotus. Before long, Old Ancestor Styx discovered an Innate Great Formation near where he was climbing. Holding onto the idea of improving his own mastery of the Array Dao, Old Ancestor Styx, though anxious to see the Creation Green Lotus, chose not to break the formation by force.

Guided by the Karmic Fire Red Lotus, he began to refine the formation. Time passed like a fleeting arrow, and after several tens of thousands of years, Old Ancestor Styx finally succeeded in refining it. From the feedback provided by the formation, Old Ancestor Styx learned its name and functions. This formation was called the Creation Yin Yang Array. The great formation possessed three uses, each utilizing the two sides of the Law of Creation. The Yang side was for concealment and transformation; by utilizing the ubiquitous nature of creation, it concealed one's presence. Without predestined opportunity, even if one walked straight through the formation, they would never discover it. The Yin side focused on destruction; since the Law of Creation governed life and death, once someone forced their way in, they would have no way to protect themselves without the cultivation of a Zenith Heaven Golden Immortal, and they could never break the formation without the cultivation of a Golden Immortal of the Origin! The third function was to absorb all power containing creation within Heaven and Earth, transforming it into pure Qi of Creation to nourish the vitality within!

Old Ancestor Styx was very satisfied with this formation. After returning, he could combine it with his own Blood Sea Creation Array to optimize it; by then, he feared there would never be a shortage of the Qi of Creation in his Blood Sea! At the same time, he felt fortunate that he had not attempted to break the formation by force, or else the grass on his grave would have grown quite tall by now. A feeling from within the Nether told Old Ancestor Styx that the Creation Green Lotus could not be taken away; it had its own destiny. Moreover, the Twenty-four-grade Chaos Green Lotus could not be merged with the current Great Wilderness. To take it away would require a vast amount of Merit, but where was Old Ancestor Styx to find such Merit now?

He could not help but sigh. He could see it but not touch it—was it truly destined to be carved up by Sanqing? Old Ancestor Styx was unwilling to retreat just like that. He took out the Twelve-grade Karmic Fire Red Lotus and allowed its spirituality to communicate with the Twenty-four-grade Creation Green Lotus. The Creation Green Lotus also knew its own fate roughly, yet it could not resist! After some communication, Old Ancestor Styx took out the Sacrificial Altar to commune with the will of Father God Pangu upon Zhou Mountain: "Father God Pangu is above. It is said that the Great Dao is fifty, and Heaven derives forty-nine. All things should have a Thread of Life! The Chaos Green Lotus gave birth to Father God. The Creation Green Lotus, as a descendant of the Chaos Green Lotus, should have inherited the merit of its mother, yet it is destined to be cruelly carved up. Father God is merciful; this Styx acts boldly to seek a Thread of Life for the Creation Green Lotus, and at the same time, requests some of the Origin of the Creation Green Lotus to help the Twelve-grade Karmic Fire Red Lotus advance. I shall also use Three Lights Divine Water to compensate for the loss of the Creation Green Lotus!"

Within the Nether, a wisp of Father God Pangu's aura from Zhou Mountain drifted above the Creation Green Lotus, seemingly communicating with it. Subsequently, nine lotus seeds flew out from the Creation Green Lotus, and at the same time, about thirty percent of the Origin of the Creation Green Lotus dissipated and surged into the body of the Twelve-grade Karmic Fire Red Lotus. Seeing this, Old Ancestor Styx hurriedly took out the Three Lights Divine Water and sprinkled it onto the Creation Green Lotus, causing the withered lotus to sway gracefully once again.

At this moment, a stream of information surged into Old Ancestor Styx's Sea of Consciousness. It was Father God Pangu's arrangement for the seeds of the Creation Green Lotus. Within one of the seeds was nurtured the consciousness of the Twenty-four-grade Creation Green Lotus; one seed was an opportunity left by Father God for Houtu, which needed to be delivered by Styx; the others were to be disposed of by Old Ancestor Styx himself! Old Ancestor Styx immediately bowed toward Zhou Mountain: "I shall strictly follow the divine decree of Father God!"

He withdrew the Twelve-grade Karmic Fire Red Lotus back into his Sea of Consciousness for nourishment. The Karmic Fire Red Lotus was already a top-tier Supreme Innate Spiritual Treasure; advancing further would make it an Innate Supreme Treasure. Even with the help of thirty percent of the Creation Green Lotus's Origin, this step would require a significant amount of time. During this period, it was best not to disturb the Karmic Fire Red Lotus.
