"Why would the Hokage want to see me? Is he going to ask about last night? If I go, won't I have no chance to escape?" Shiyu's residence was already in this state; it was unlikely anyone wouldn't suspect him. However, Shiyu felt that if the Third Hokage wanted to deal with him, he wouldn't have invited him like this.

"What's there to fear!" Shiyu calmed himself down and finally followed the Anbu member towards the Hokage's office.

Not long after, the Anbu brought Shiyu to the Hokage's office.

The Third Hokage was wearing his signature red Hokage coat and hat, his expression serious as he smoked, blowing smoke rings.

Three Anbu members stood around him.

"Go! Search again!" Hiruzen Sarutobi waved his hand.

"Yes!" The three Anbu members replied and disappeared in a flash.

"You may go too!" Hiruzen looked at the Anbu who had brought Shiyu and then also disappeared in a flash.

"Alright, Shiyu, how have you been lately?" Hiruzen Sarutobi forced a smile, but it was strained.

"Reporting to Hokage-sama, I have completed my graduation exams and graduated from the Ninja Academy!" Shiyu stated truthfully.

The Hokage nodded, exhaled a puff of smoke, and said, "Very good. Hizashi has told me about your situation. Your performance was outstanding."

"I said before that once you graduated from the Ninja Academy, I would take you as my disciple. That promise still stands. From now on, you are my student. Of course, you are still a student of Konoha's Genin Team Seven, and your lead instructor remains Hizashi Hyuga."

The Hokage continued, "I will only provide some guidance; the rest is up to you."

Shiyu felt very strange. In his opinion, the Third Hokage couldn't possibly have noticed nothing.

Hiruzen Sarutobi then took out a white piece of paper.

"Chakra Paper!?" Shiyu blurted out.

"Oh? You still recognize this? Good, that saves me the trouble of explaining. Here, take this paper." The Hokage handed Shiyu the Chakra Paper.

When Shiyu took the Chakra Paper, his chakra naturally flowed into it, and the paper instantly underwent several transformations.

Even the Hokage couldn't help but take down his pipe and stare at Shiyu with wide eyes. "What an incredible child! Your chakra nature transformation is truly comprehensive!"

"Hokage-sama! I want to learn Compound Ninjutsu!" As soon as Shiyu finished speaking, Hiruzen Sarutobi's eyes lit up.

"I'm sure! Hokage-sama!" Shiyu said once more.

Shiyu reacted and immediately changed his address. "Teacher Sarutobi!"

A slight smile finally appeared on the Third Hokage's somewhat haggard face, and it didn't look forced.

"Good child." The Third Hokage nodded as he looked at Shiyu.
