Son Goku saw what Vegeta had done and berated him furiously.

He couldn't stand the Saiyans' cold-blooded cruelty. They even killed their own brothers and friends.

"Ha ha ha! Kakarot, you're barely keeping your own head above water, and you still have time to worry about other people?"

Vegeta looked at Son Goku as if he were an idiot.

Even if you can defeat Nappa in an instant, you still won't be able to beat me.

I'm the Saiyan Prince, the genius warrior Vegeta.

"This isn't the place to fight. If you've got the guts, follow me!"

After saying that, Son Goku glanced at Krillin, then flew toward the other side of the sky.

He'd thought that training under King Kai had brought his strength to its peak.

But after seeing the Saiyan Vegeta, his confidence began to waver.

Vegeta's ki was far too powerful. He wasn't sure he could defeat him.

He'd prepared for the worst: they would all go down together.

If Gohan and Krillin stayed on the battlefield, they might distract him, so he chose a different place to fight.

Goku was flying away from here to fight because he was worried about the safety of Krillin and Son Gohan.

"Do you think I'm like that useless Raditz? I won't give you a chance to take me down with you!"

Vegeta chased after Son Goku, brimming with confidence.

He was the Saiyan Prince, a genius warrior.

How dare a Low-Class Warrior like you dream of challenging me? You really don't know when to quit.

On Earth, Kakarot was the only one who could stand up to him, and he knew his opponent would fight him to the death.

Son Goku had just told him to keep a close eye on Gohan.

He didn't want either of them following him and distracting him while he fought the Saiyan Vegeta.

Krillin knew his own limits. He understood that his strength wasn't enough to help.

By the time Son Gohan and Krillin arrived, Son Goku and Vegeta were already fighting.

They stopped atop a hill and watched the battle.

Their Battle Power had only just broken a little over 1,000. They couldn't make out Son Goku and Vegeta's movements at all.

They could only hear the repeated crashes of their blows high in the sky.

The shock waves pounded dents into the ground, and one hill after another crumbled in an instant.

The battlefield was left utterly devastated by their clash.

[ Ding! Kaio-ken attribute dropped ahead. 50 Battle Power attribute dropped ahead. 100 Battle Power attribute dropped ahead. ]

Mechanical notifications rang out continuously in Son Gohan's mind.

He watched Battle Power attributes fall from the sky like rain, excitement surging inside him.

So the more powerful the special move, the more Battle Power attributes it dropped?

Son Gohan exclaimed excitedly.

Even Kaio-ken could drop as an attribute. This system was unbelievably overpowered.

Battle Power and Kaio-ken attributes poured into Son Gohan's body like tadpole-shaped characters.

Kaio-ken was a secret technique that instantly increased one's Battle Power.

In the Dragon Ball anime, Son Goku had unleashed Kaio-ken's power on Planet Namek.

He had once fought the Cosmic Emperor Frieza using Twenty Times Kaio-ken.

The battle had been utterly brutal.

Just like in the anime, Vegeta and Son Goku went all out from the moment they started fighting.

After testing each other for a few exchanges, Son Goku was soon pushed onto the defensive.

He quickly reached the conclusion that the only way to beat Vegeta was to end the fight fast.

From the very start, Son Goku used the strongest level he could handle: Triple Kaio-ken.

A red aura blazed around him, and his Battle Power shot up to 15,000, while Vegeta's was only 12,000.

With Triple Kaio-ken, Son Goku began to overpower Vegeta.

But Vegeta had spent years fighting and killing across alien worlds. His body was incredibly tough, and he could take a beating like few others.

Even with Triple Kaio-ken letting him pummel Vegeta, taking his opponent down quickly was nothing more than wishful thinking.

"Damn it! How can Kakarot's Battle Power be greater than mine? I'm the Saiyan Prince, the strongest warrior in the universe! I won't lose to a Low-Class Warrior!"

Son Goku beat Vegeta until he was covered in wounds, striking a blow to his proud self-esteem.

His eyes were bloodshot, his face twisted with rage. He raised his ki to its limit and charged at Kakarot, lashing out with punches and kicks.

Son Goku gave Vegeta no chance to counterattack. He unleashed Triple Kaio-ken to its fullest, and Vegeta couldn't keep up with him in either strength or speed.

Seizing his chance, Son Goku punched Vegeta into the air, then pursued him at incredible speed, raining down blows like a machine gun.

Thud! Thud! Thud!

Every punch slammed into Vegeta, and finally Son Goku delivered a heavy blow that sent him crashing into a hill.

Vegeta's body punched through the hill, and falling rocks and dirt instantly buried him alive.

Son Goku slowly landed, panting lightly. The red aura around him faded away.

He needed to conserve his strength and couldn't afford to waste it, so he deactivated Triple Kaio-ken.

As soon as he did, Son Goku staggered back a few steps. Pain throbbed throughout his body.

It seemed Triple Kaio-ken had been too much for him. Son Goku shook his head and smiled wryly.

Every punch thrown in the fight dropped Battle Power attributes. By now, they were scattered all over the ground.

Pick Up All!

Son Gohan stared in amazement. This really was like cheating.

The Battle Power attributes flowed toward him like a river, gathering in a steady stream and slowly merging into his body.

In just a few breaths, every Battle Power attribute on the ground had flowed into his limbs and body.
