Ginyu launched the first attack. With a flash, he appeared in front of Son Goku and punched him.
Son Goku punched back at the same time, wanting to test his opponent's strength. That was how he always fought.

Their fists collided with a deafening boom, but Ginyu didn't budge.
The tremendous impact sent Son Goku flying more than ten meters away.
"Kakarot, that bastard's still holding back!"
Vegeta rushed in and unleashed a flurry of punches and kicks at Ginyu.
He went all out from the start, fighting in a completely different way from Son Goku.

Ginyu dodged Vegeta's attacks with ease.
