They had appeared out of thin air.

How did the Saiyans end up on Earth with Goku and the others?

"You old pervert, are you getting senile?"

Bulma saw Master Roshi's dumbfounded expression and laughed without holding back.

It was a fusion version of the Yardratian and Kibito's Instant Transmission.

In the Dragon Ball anime, there were two versions of Instant Transmission.

The Yardratian's Instant Transmission could only move by sensing ki; if no ki was sensed, the technique couldn't be used.

But Kibito, the attendant of the Supreme Kai, had an Instant Transmission that didn't rely on ki; it could freely move to any lower realm or planet.
