Yan Yang had rarely risen so early, even earlier than Entei and Armorouge.

Something weighed on his mind. He tossed and turned, unable to sleep soundly. The thought that something might happen drove away any trace of drowsiness.

He lay nestled in Pyroar's mane, quietly thinking.

The Pokémon all liked sleeping close to him. There was nothing he could do about that.

He hesitated over whether to leave the big lion here. Gogoat and Turtwig were still young too; they might not be suited for an unknown, large-scale situation.
