In the top-floor laboratory of the Mage Tower in Theramore, a dazzling Arcane Light flashed. The air was filled with the lingering scent of magic as Aegwynn's figure slowly emerged from the Teleportation Array. Behind her followed a tall figure— Nefarian, the Black Dragon in human form, his black scales faintly visible on his neck and the back of his hands.

"We're here. This is my laboratory," Aegwynn said without turning her head, heading straight for the central lab bench.

As soon as the Arcane light from the teleportation dissipated, two different voices rang out.

"Senior Sister!"

"My beloved!"

"Oh! It's those two again." Aegwynn rubbed her forehead with one hand, indicating a headache.

As expected, it was his junior brother Antonidas and his sycophantic Blue Dragon Kalecgos. They were both waiting for Aegwynn to return from the lab.

"Who is this Black Dragon?" Kalecgos was the first to ask. With his familiarity with dragons, he immediately recognized that the creature following his "beloved" was a Black Dragon disguised as a human. He stared nervously at Aegwynn, as if he were a good man who had been wronged.

Antonidas, however, still retained some rationality, stroking his chin and saying, "Could it be the dragon that was just shot down by the Mage Tower?"

Jaina knew Nefarian. She stood silently to the side, ready to witness some juicy gossip.

Aegwynn patiently introduced them, "This is Nefarian, the older brother of Onyxia, the Black Dragon of House Deren. Deren just called me over and asked me to take him as my disciple."

"What?! A Black Dragon can be his beloved disciple? I don't agree, I absolutely don't agree!" Kalecgos saw the crux of the matter. A dragon could actually be his beloved disciple? Wasn't that a closer relationship between them than with his own beloved?

"Fight then! I will defend my beloved to the death!" Kalecgos spurred on to duel the Black Dragon.

"Snap—" A bolt of lightning tore through the air and struck Kalecgos. The useless dragon immediately convulsed, collapsed onto the laboratory floor, and began to breakdance.

"Stop it, all of you!" Aegwynn unleashed the might of a Guardian, instantly striking down the sycophantic Blue Dragon with a lightning bolt. Then, she cast a murderous glare at the Black Dragon, "You shut up too. Don't cause any more trouble."

Seeing the power of his teacher's magic, Nefarian shrank back and immediately shut his mouth, not daring to utter a single word.

"Ahem~" The chief Archmage of Dalaran coughed, stepped forward, and greeted the Black Dragon with various polite greetings, without even glancing at him. Then he began to design the next experiment.

Nefarian sensed that neither of the two Archmage was someone to be trifled with, so he quickly followed behind, cautiously keeping up. He even occasionally chimed in during Aegwynn and her brother's discussion, expressing his own views on the experiment. This tactic indeed won Aegwynn's favor. "I didn't expect you to be so familiar with experiments. Not bad."

"Hehe, I used to do experiments alone a lot in Blackrock Mountain. I've gained some experience." Black Dragon immediately laughed happily. Discussing experiments with these two Archmage was such a joyful thing. He couldn't help but think back to those days. Ah, lost youth! (Wait, why did such a strange phrase come to mind?)

"No, I can too, my love, don't be fooled by this Black Dragon. I am your best experiment." The Blue Dragon, convulsing on the ground, immediately objected when it saw Aegwynn smile at the Black Dragon. In addition, the Blue Dragon was, after all, a master of magic and had high magic resistance, so it soon recovered from the pleasure of the electric shock.

The sycophantic Blue Dragon climbed onto the experimental table, lay down, spread his arms, and began reciting a poem. "Come, my beloved, though I know nothing of experiments, I am your best experimental subject. My dragon life is for you. My life exists for you. Come quickly, use me for experiments. It is my honor, it is my meaning." As he spoke, he began to take off his clothes.

"Stop! Stop!" Nefarian was frantic, even more so Aegwynn. "You lecherous dragon, how could you strip naked in front of your teacher? I'll kill you!" How could her young, beautiful, and curvaceous teacher be defiled by this lecherous dragon?

However, he had only rushed halfway when he suddenly let out a scream of "Ah!" and rolled on the ground in pain.

Aegwynn's voice rang out coldly. "You idiot, how could you forget what I just said? I told you not to cause trouble, but you wouldn't listen. Now you'll taste the punishment of your soul, hopefully that will teach you a lesson."

Then, looking at the half-naked, useless Blue Dragon, he cast a Polymorph, and a hamster appeared on the lab table. "You should reflect on your actions, you perverted dragon." With that, the Mage Hand tossed the hamster into the pet cage in the corner.

The hamster was put in its cage, but it still clung to the wire mesh, squeaking affectionately at Aegwynn. Annoyed, Aegwynn unleashed a slightly weaker lightning bolt, knocking the hamster to the ground. Its legs twitched.

Antonidas, who had been watching his senior sister unleash her fury, wiped the cold sweat from his brow, thankful he hadn't acted impulsively. Jaina, who had been watching the drama unfold, did the same, thankful her Mage Tower hadn't collapsed.

Although they looked pitiful, they were, after all, genuine dragons. Once the soul punishment was over, Nefarian stood up smugly again. This time, he stood cautiously and tremblingly beside Aegwynn, not daring to breathe too loudly.

Kalecgos, having broken free of the Polymorph, leaped from his pet cage and prepared to fawn over Aegwynn again. Seeing Nefarian's terrified expression, he suddenly felt a surge of pride. "You worthless piece of trash, how could you be worthy of my beloved? It is I, Kalecgos, who will always withstand the test of love."

Nashorian finally realized something was wrong with the Blue Dragon. He quietly retreated and approached Jaina: "Little mage, shareholder? Do you remember me?"

Jaina nodded. " Nefarian, I am Jaina, a disciple of Teacher Aegwynn. According to the order of our apprenticeship, you should call me Senior Sister."

The Black Dragon nodded obediently and called out "Senior Sister." Then, puzzled, it asked, "What's wrong with that Blue Dragon? It was so upset by the teacher, yet it looks so pleased with itself?"

"He is... special," Jaina thought for a moment, "Not long ago, he suddenly encountered Teacher Aegwynn and has been relentlessly pursuing her. If it weren't for the fact that the teacher didn't want to anger the Blue Dragonflight, she would have dealt with this trouble long ago."

Upon hearing this shocking insider information, Black Dragon's mind immediately raced with a dozen or so ideas to help his teacher resolve her troubles and, incidentally, win the heart of the young and beautiful teacher. If things turned out that way, wouldn't that be the pinnacle of his dragon life? The more Black Dragon thought about it, the more wonderful it seemed.

Jaina silently watched her Black Dragon junior brother, whose eyes were darting around, clearly plotting something wicked. She didn't say anything to warn him. As long as he didn't blow up her Mage Tower, that was fine. She had no right to interfere in this complicated love triangle.
