Xiao Wu Was Exposed

Jerry hurriedly summoned a carrot and handed it to Xiao Wu. Looking at the carrot now, Xiao Wu found it vastly different from before. It glowed as though it had special effects added to it!

After eating the carrot, Xiao Wu hurriedly began cultivating. She felt her Soul Power circulate twice as fast. As a Soul Beast who had undergone Humanoid Transformation, her cultivation differed from that of humans. She absorbed the Soul Power from her own Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Ring. As the circulation of her Soul Power accelerated, so did her absorption. After cultivating for the past half year, her Soul Power Level had nearly reached level 20. Now, after eating the carrot, she broke through immediately!

Xiao Wu said happily, "Brother, I'm level 20! I'm level 20! I'm about to become a Soul Grandmaster!"

Seeing that Xiao Wu had reached level 20, Jerry suddenly had a wicked idea. "Then, Xiao Wu, Brother will take you hunting for a Soul Ring tomorrow!"

"No. Xiao Wu, whether you're human or a Soul Beast, you're still my little sister now. I told you before—if anyone wants to kill you, they'll have to step over my corpse first!" Jerry said firmly.

"Brother!" Moved to tears, Xiao Wu threw herself into Jerry's arms. "You knew all along! You're awful! You even bullied me! You big bully!" Xiao Wu lightly punched Jerry twice.

"Brother was wrong for making Xiao Wu cry. Brother will never do it again. Xiao Wu, please forgive Brother!"

"Grandpa Jack hasn't returned yet. I'll stand guard for you, so hurry up and condense your Soul Ring!"

"Okay, Brother." With that, Xiao Wu sat down and began condensing her Soul Ring. Slowly, a white Soul Ring rose up, and its color began to turn yellow. Soon, the entire Soul Ring had become yellow. Yet Xiao Wu did not stop and continued condensing it. The yellow grew deeper and deeper. Suddenly, a trace of purple appeared, and the whole Soul Ring gradually turned light purple. Xiao Wu opened her eyes and said excitedly, "Brother, my Second Soul Ring should originally have only condensed into a yellow Soul Ring. But after training with Brother all these years, I've now condensed a purple Thousand-Year Soul Ring!"

"Xiao Wu, you really are a genius! Hurry and tell me, what is your Second Soul Skill?" Jerry asked eagerly.

"My Second Soul Skill is Charm. Brother, do you want to try it?" Xiao Wu asked.

At that point, I can draw upon the Soul Power from the Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Ring sealed within me before my Humanoid Transformation to condense a Soul Ring. Just as Brother said, Body Strength is very important. That's why the Soul Ring I condensed is a Thousand-Year Soul Ring. Normally, it could only be a Hundred-Year Soul Ring!" Xiao Wu explained.

But when absorbing a Soul Ring from a Soul Beast above Ten Thousand Years, one would suffer Soul Shock. Put simply, Soul Beasts above Ten Thousand Years already possessed thoughts. They would naturally be unwilling to have their Soul Rings absorbed by others, so the Soul Force—namely, the Spiritual Power—stored in the Soul Ring would launch one final attack against the Soul Master. Endure it, and the Soul Ring could be absorbed. Fail, and death would follow!

After the Soul Skill of a fused Soul Ring had been obtained, part of the Soul Beast's Spiritual Power still remained within the Soul Ring. As long as Soul Power was supplied, the Soul Skill could be released directly without the Soul Master having to practice it!

Many Martial Souls had attributes—water, fire, wind, lightning, Light Attribute, darkness, and so on. If the attribute of an absorbed Soul Beast Soul Ring was incompatible and conflicted with one's own, the result would be death by explosion.
