Background

Jerry was a 23-year-old orphan before transmigrating into the body of a three-year-old child on the Douluo Continent. Discovering that he had neither a system nor another “golden finger,” he chose to prepare through physical training and deliberate planning rather than relying on luck. 1

His Martial Soul awakened as a carrot with Innate Half-Level Soul Power, a talent widely considered weak. Rather than accept being dismissed as a future farmer, Jerry trained, researched cultivation, and sought ways to improve both his body and Martial Soul. 7 14

Jerry’s early cultivation was closely tied to plants and Soul Beasts. He discovered that his Carrot Martial Soul possessed Accelerated Growth, a formerly unnoticed passive trait that became an active Wood Attribute skill after he mastered his Martial Soul. 41 He later cultivated plants, created attribute regions in the Star Dou Great Forest, and treated Soul Beasts in a makeshift hospital. 30

His attempt to condense multiple attributes nearly destroyed his Martial Soul when attribute-less Soul Power formed a light sphere and became a Crystal Ball in his forehead.
