Background
Yu Xiaogang is a direct descendant of the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan and the sect master's son. His mutated Detached Martial Soul, Luo Sanpao, left him with only half-level Innate Soul Power; he later remained stalled at level 29 for decades. 4 6 11
