The Ten Thousand Beasts Forest truly lived up to its reputation as a paradise for monsters and wild beasts. Many of them were things Renard had never even heard of, such as Venom Spiders, Great Mountain Cats, Moon Shadow Bats, and countless others.
Fortunately, these creatures possessed incredibly sharp instincts. Once they realized Colliver was not someone to be trifled with, they all quietly retreated from far away.
Of course, there were also some blind fools who wanted to test his strength. Without exception, they all became souls beneath his sword.
