Chapter 38: The Rescue Plan Begins ### He realized the entire building was collapsing downward.

They all rushed outside.

Girls' sobs rang out across the school grounds.

They were all terrified and had no idea what was happening.

What could possibly make a building with a history of two hundred years collapse?

"Omniscient, what's going on?"

Jiang Chen didn't really understand either, so he asked.

"You destroyed the foundation of this building with your Zanpakuto. That's why it's collapsing!"

Following Zhang Banxian's instructions, Jiang Chen plunged straight into a pile of rubble.

When Song Yiyi saw Jiang Chen rush inside, she instinctively tried to stop him.

After setting her down, he prepared to go back in.

He wanted to see if he could find Fatty.

But the student he had just rescued said weakly, "Could you save Weiwei? She's my best friend. When the building collapsed, neither of us got out."

The speaker was a girl, her voice faint.

But Zhang Banxian still heard her.

He was going to save Fatty, not some unrelated stranger.

He didn't even know this person.

There was nothing he could do for her.
