This is a place Naruto hasn't returned to for a long time since he was controlled by Genjutsu.
Several enormous Tailed Beast are sitting inside, chatting.
Previously, Shirozumi and the others had Sasuke stuff some of the materials from the other Tailed Beast into Naruto's body.
This wasn't specifically for Naruto to break through his strength; the main purpose was to make Naruto a transfer station and signal tower for the Tailed Beast Chakra.

Just like Naruto calling out Sasuke's name in the mini-theater.
