In the mountains not far from Jujutsu High, Maki looked at Shinsuke Zenin, her face full of excitement.
Her master was about to teach her even stronger moves. What could be more exciting than getting stronger?
"Don't get worked up. Let's see whether you can manage it first. Start with a session of extreme training."
Shinsuke Zenin handed Maki the weights he had prepared in advance and told her to put them on.
Maki quickly put them on without asking any unnecessary questions and immediately began training. She had seen her master do extreme training many times over the years, so she was already familiar with it.
She had tried it herself, too, but after doing it once, she had never tried again.
Unlike her master, she couldn't recover soon after a session of extreme training. She needed at least two or three days to recuperate.
That would delay her training progress and damage her body, especially since she was still growing.
Now, though, she could use extreme training to cultivate.
