Zhao Bai and Kiana investigated a Honkai outbreak at Senba Academy, where Zhao Bai defeated a rose-like creature and concealed the truth about the mission. Back at St. Freya, Rita arrived to recruit herself into his restaurant, and Zhao Bai’s cooking failed to discourage her.

• Zhao Bai rescued Miss Chen from Honkai corruption with his cooking, then returned to St. Freya and resumed running Zhao Family Restaurant.
• Theresa assigned Zhao Bai and Kiana to investigate Honkai incidents in Canghai City, and they traced Miss Chen’s memory of a ruined classroom to Senba Academy.
• Zhao Bai and Kiana fought through the academy’s vines and found a giant rose that poisoned Kiana and revealed a humanlike girl.
• Zhao Bai used Judah and his weapons to neutralize the poison, defeat the creature, and make Kiana believe she had saved him, while hiding the fight in his report.
• Zhao Bai served Kiana a free bowl of ramen, then drew customers to Zhao Family Restaurant with a discounted ramen special.
• Rita recognized the creature’s wounds in a report and confronted Zhao Bai at his restaurant, but he refused her demand to hire her or submit to her management.

Zhao Bai investigated the warehouse noises, exposed and destroyed the hidden Titan, and gained Theresa’s trust and a pair of glasses that let him see people as ingredients. He then traveled to Australia with Mei for a mission that was meant to protect a ranch, only to discover the assignment had been miscommunicated and use Ice Lotus Sky to freeze the approaching wildfire.

• Zhao Bai hired Fu Hua as the restaurant’s security guard and agreed to investigate the academy’s warehouse ghost stories with Bronya.
• Zhao Bai discovered that Tesla’s Titan was causing the warehouse sounds, then painted it green and provoked it into chasing him across campus.
• Zhao Bai used Four Directions Slash to destroy the Titan, while Bronya later returned with him to the warehouse and they discovered Walter and Einstein meeting there.
• Theresa apologized for doubting Zhao Bai and gave him the Sensory Deceiver glasses, which let him see anything as an ingredient.
• Theresa arranged a mission in Australia to protect Schicksal’s ranch from a wildfire, and Mei joined Zhao Bai to seek swordsmanship guidance.
• Zhao Bai and Mei met their client, Chen Sicheng, and learned the assignment had been relayed incorrectly because Chen had wanted them to kidnap the Fire Commission chairman.
• Zhao Bai drove Mei toward the fire, shielded her from the heat with Ice Lotus Sky, and froze the flames with Dimensional Slash.

Zhao Bai and Mei fought a Honkai Beast herd and the little girl behind the ranch fire, then traveled back to the Far East as Mei became Zhao Bai’s sword disciple. Back home, Zhao Bai received a secret report about a crystal-covered girl in Changkong City and prepared for a new investigation.

• Zhao Bai and Mei entered the burning Schicksal Ranch, where he froze a Honkai Beast herd and destroyed the little girl who planned to use Mr. Chen’s daughter’s form to deceive him.
• Zhao Bai told Mr. Chen that his daughter had died, then he and Mei drove south as the cold from his sword spread across southern Australia.
• The little girl rebuilt her body and attacked Zhao Bai and Mei at a ski resort, but Zhao Bai defeated her with his blades and Nuoyada of the Broken Light.
• Zhao Bai and Mei left the damaged resort and flew back to the Far East, where he agreed to teach Mei swordsmanship as his disciple.
• Mei joined Zhao Bai at his restaurant, where she practiced slicing beef with Famous Sword Beichen and helped make the restaurant’s hot pot popular.
• Theresa gave Zhao Bai a top-secret report about a white-haired girl covered in Honkai crystals photographed in Changkong City, and he prepared anti-Honkai beef noodles before the mission.

Zhao Bai and Mei investigated the Deadwalkers in Changkong City, where they met Ke Mengdie and fought a zombie horde through the night. Zhao Bai restored Ke Mengdie to human form with ramen, while the Third Herrscher briefly took over Mei’s body, and the story ended with Rita returning late to St. Freya and Tesla confronting Einstein at an Anti-Entropy meeting.

• Zhao Bai and Mei followed Honkai energy traces to a subway tunnel, where sixteen Deadwalkers attacked before Ke Mengdie ordered them to stop.
• Ke Mengdie explained how a Honkai seed had turned her into a Deadwalker, then transformed and attacked Zhao Bai as the night fell.
• Zhao Bai asked Theresa to lock down Changkong City, and he and Mei fought the zombie army while Mei and Ke Mengdie battled until dawn.
• Mei’s exhaustion awakened the Third Herrscher, who recognized Zhao Bai and watched over him as he destroyed the remaining zombies.
• Zhao Bai revived Ke Mengdie by using Star of Eden to rewind her ramen, and she returned to human form before agreeing to report to St. Freya Academy.
• The Third Herrscher rode Zhao Bai’s motorcycle back to St. Freya, ate his pasta, and fell asleep after Zhao Bai added Black Abyss White Flower.
• Rita searched the Changkong wasteland, found a scythe fragment, then flew to St. Freya and arrived too late for perfect attendance.
• Zhao Bai served grilled beef ribs at St. Freya as Tesla confronted Einstein at an Anti-Entropy council meeting.
