After returning to Heaven Dou City, he met Tang Ya and accompanied her to Shrek Academy, where its refusal to avenge the Tang Sect left her devastated, though Mu En arranged for Bei Bei to help her rebuild it.

• Lin Ran used his system and a laser gun to escape the White Tiger Duke’s pursuers with Huo Yun'er, while Dai Yuhao’s search for Dai Hao ended with him injured and abandoned at the mansion.
• Lin Ran sold the laser gun, bought rare metal for the system, and cultivated the Longevity Skill and Marrow Cleansing Scripture while Huo Yun'er began learning the latter.
• Vina introduced Lin Ran to the Body Sect, where Du Busi recognized the breadth of his Blood Martial Soul, took him as a disciple, and invited Huo Yun'er to join them.

• Lin Ran bound Ma Xiaotao to serve him for thirty years, brought her into his household, and began advancing his cultivation with the Body Sect’s help.
• Huo Yuhao escaped the White Tiger Duke’s Mansion, met Sky Dream Ice Silkworm and Electrolux, and resolved to change his fate while seeking the Blade of Life.
• Lin Ran awakened his Body Martial Soul with the Golden Ancient Tree’s power, met the Life Goddess, and learned she had left a Divine Sense for him to consult.
• Lin Ran returned to Heaven Dou City, took charge of Body College, offered coerced students the choice to leave, and established a Talent Class for those who stayed.
