• Lin Ran explored a spatial soul bone challenge, made agreements with the Ice Empress, and recruited her as a summoned beast while deepening his ties with Qin Yan and Wang Dong'er.
• Lin Ran negotiated an exchange meet with Arthur Academy, helped Leilei cultivate, and set out to investigate the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Eyes after learning Arthur’s people had gone there.
• Lin Ran defeated Tan Xuanluo and made her his blood slave, then found that Rong Kuan and Shi Mo had likely been killed and that An Yuyu had been poisoned.
• Lin Ran won the immortal herbs’ support, turned willing plant soul beasts into soul rings, restored the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, and helped Poison Undying prepare the sect for conflict.

Lin Ran advanced toward his own divine inheritance while Shrek’s disputes and Tang San’s secrets reshaped old alliances. After sparing Huo Yuhao in exchange for an oath, Lin Ran returned to the Star Emperor Hotel as Huo Yuhao entered a trial for the God of Emotion’s position.

• Lin Ran and Ma Xiaotao confronted the meaning of Zhang Lexuan’s choice, while Ma Xiaotao condemned Shrek’s failures and urged Zhang Lexuan to help rebuild the academy from its roots.
• Mu En ordered Shrek’s leaders to reconcile with the Body Sect and leave Lin Ran’s conflict alone, then settled his dispute with Du Busi before dying after cleansing Bei Bei’s bloodline and giving him the Dragon Pearl.
• Xiao Wu learned that Tang San had split Xiao Qi’s soul and kept part of it, then left him and resolved to protect Wang Qiu’er and Wang Dong’er as themselves.
• The God of Destruction moved against Tang Hao, Ah Yin, and Tang San, while the Life Goddess decided to offer her inheritance to Lin Ran and explained the ancient conflict over the Dragon God to him.
• Lin Ran organized Body College’s Soul Master Competition team as Wang Qiu’er and other students advanced, while Huo Yuhao joined the Holy Spirit Cult and persuaded Long Xiaoyao to cooperate with his plans.
• Body College traveled to the competition, where Lin Ran recognized Huo Yuhao among the Sun Moon Empire’s team and pursued him after he disappeared from the venue.

Lin Ran exposed Shrek and the Holy Spirit Cult, defeated their leaders’ allies, and pursued Ye Xishui while a battle in the God Realm ended in catastrophe. He returned to Star Luo City with Xiao Wu’s soul being summoned and Tang San stranded from Douluo Star.

• Lin Ran warned Xu Jiawei that the Sun Moon Empire and Holy Spirit Cult were allied, then led Body College to defeat the Sun Moon Royal Soul Engineer Academy.
• Shrek’s scheme to disqualify Su Tong sparked a confrontation at the final, where Lin Ran killed Dai Hao and faced Ye Xishui’s attack on Star Luo City.
• Lin Ran fought Ye Xishui and the Holy Spirit Cult, survived Xuan Zi’s betrayal, and killed Xuan Zi before sentencing Shrek’s students and pursuing the cult.
• Lin Ran killed Feng Ling and fought Tang Hao at the Holy Spirit Cult’s altar, then took Tang Hao to Gu Yuena, who destroyed his divine soul.

Lin Ran dealt with the God Realm fragments’ arrival, strengthened Body College, and gathered new allies while Dragon City fell to Rakshasa corruption. He left the city’s displaced Soul Masters under his protection and assembled a team to help reclaim it.

• Lin Ran learned from the Life Goddess that the God Realm had shattered, then took charge of the Forest of Life and helped Body College recover amid the upheaval.
• Lin Ran pursued new paths to divine power, traded for the Heavenly Book and Zhu Xian Sword, and obtained the Genetic Origin Energy Cultivation Method.
• Xu Tianran accepted Zhongli Wu’s offer of support and agreed to start a war in exchange for a pill that could heal his legs.
• Lin Ran created the Martial Soul Art, while Gu Qiuci joined Body College after defeating Ling Luochen and then lost to Lin Ran in the Trial Tower.
• Lin Ran agreed to help Nan Qiu Qiu after a Rakshasa-corrupted secret realm afflicted Dragon City, where he found Heaven Dragon Gate’s members dead and Nan Shui Shui possessed by the Rakshasa Temple.
• Lin Ran failed to remove the Rakshasa Temple from Nan Shui Shui’s soul, sought the missing Rakshasa Godhead through the system, and gathered displaced Soul Masters and allies for a return to Dragon City.
