• Arhat Dragon-Subduing told Ji Fa that Ji Chang had died after Su Hu killed Great Zhou’s royal family, and that Jiang Ziya had been exchanged for Ji Fa.
• Ji Fa mourned his father, then San Yisheng urged him to ascend the throne and restore Great Zhou before campaigning against Shang.
• Medicine Master Buddha and representatives of the various teachings pledged their support, and Ji Fa became King Wu of Zhou.

As the decisive battle at Golden Rooster Ridge began, Shen Gongbao confronted Great Zhou while Jiang Ziya remained imprisoned. Deng Chanyu stepped forward to fight Tu Xingsun, but Nezha rushed onto the battlefield, prompting Julusun to challenge his interference.

• Shen Gongbao left Jiang Ziya imprisoned and declared that he could not be killed during the Kalpa Tribulation.

• Julusun refused Nezha's challenge, so Shen Gongbao stepped forward to fight him.
• Julusun and Tu Xingsun leered at Deng Chanyu, prompting Yunxiao, Qiongxiao, Bixiao, and Shi Ji to arrive and bind them.

• Huanglong Zhenren used the Five-Thunder Talisman against Yang Jian, who endured its attack and unleashed the Primordial Law, destroying the Jade Pure Absolute Heaven Great Formation and badly injuring Huanglong Zhenren, True Lord Yu Ding, Chijingzi, and Puxian Zhenren.
