Doggy's New Parts

Yao Wei stared intently at Doggy, eager to see what other marvels it possessed.

She had tried controlling the drone with the remote control before, but she couldn't fly it well at all. Yet Doggy managed to do it so perfectly, far better than her.

"Alright, go power it up."

Lu Xi'an gave Doggy a new command, and it sped off to the monitoring room to connect the circuit.

The lights in the corridor flickered back on.

Lu Xi'an returned to his dorm, found an outlet, opened the plug slot switch on the drone, and inserted the plug into the outlet.

He had observed earlier that there was a battery compartment at the drone's bottom switch, right next to the plug slot. Opening it allowed the plug to be removed, eliminating the need for external wiring.

This saved him the trouble of finding extra parts.

The red indicator light on the battery compartment lit up, signifying that the drone was recharging.

In anyone else's hands, this item was a consumable that could only be used a few times. But in Lu Xi'an's hands, it was entirely different.

With the Mechanical Dog, he could recharge the drone at any time.

And since the remote control's chip had been removed and inserted into Doggy's head, its functions were now replaced by Doggy.
