Miss Granger was a little angry.

She had wandered around the neighboring yard for quite a while. The yard was still the same yard, and everything was arranged exactly as before. There was no sign that anyone had been there at all.

"Liar!" she muttered quietly.

It was already the second day of summer vacation, yet Lynn still had not returned.

After leaving Lynn's house, she still could not calm down. She raised her foot and kicked one of the trees by the door.

"Big liar!"

As though she were kicking Lynn himself, she gave the poor little tree several more kicks before finally returning home in satisfaction.

After she left, Kira's ugly, oversized head poked out from the second floor of Lynn's house. Beside it was another little head covered in fluffy white hair.

"She seemed really angry at Lynn," Umr said in confusion.

Kira turned and glared at her.

"I told you not to sneak food from the young master's room. If she found out, it would bring trouble to the young master."

Although she had been scolded many times, Umr still held her head miserably.

"But, but those snacks were almost expired. Wouldn't it be such a waste to throw them away if I didn't eat them?"

"You still can't eat them. Without the young master's permission, that counts as theft!"

"Hey! Stupid Kira! Bad Kira!"

Hermione had no idea what had happened at Lynn's house after she left. When she returned home, Mrs. Granger had just finished making lunch.

"Even if you got into St. Paul's Girls' School, you still can't run off and play all day. You disappeared early this morning, and now you're only coming back."
