Gauss advanced to Bronze Adventurer, gained new magic and a Storage Bag, and teamed up with Alya to clear a ratfolk lair and investigate an Evil God artifact. After recovering from ominous dreams, he joined Alya in hunting Corrosive Frogs and grew stronger from the kills.

• Gauss returned to Grayrock Town with Alya, collected his quest rewards, and visited Andeni, who advised him about his spells, scrolls, and equipment.
• Gauss attacked a goblin village, freed Wick, Whitney, and Kevin, killed the goblins, and gained the Energy Gland talent.
• Shirley promoted Gauss to Bronze Adventurer, and he bought cantrips, a Rogue skill, and a Storage Bag with an interest-free loan.
• Gauss celebrated his promotion with Sophia and Andeni, then practiced his new spells and joined Alya on a ratfolk-clearing commission.
• Gauss and Alya defeated the ratfolk at Wheat Valley Manor and found an ancient elder whose disappearance left behind a scale infused with Evil God's Divine Power.
• Gauss and Alya reported the scale to Shirley, received a reward, and later sold their spoils while Gauss recovered from nightmares that Alya could not trace to corruption.
• Gauss learned new spells with Alya, then helped her and Ulfhen defeat a pack of Corrosive Frogs and cooked their meat.

Gauss and Alya joined Grayrock Town’s Winter Hunt, where Gauss advanced his abilities while clearing monster dens and survived a deadly clash with a rival adventuring party. After reaching 1,000 kills and helping Iron Arm defeat a Pureblood Ogre, Gauss and Alya followed Ike to a raven-folk settlement and prepared to attack.

• Gauss reached Bronze Rank, bought a house in Grayrock Town, and joined Alya for the Winter Hunt after learning about its bounties and stipends.
• Gauss and Alya set out with the Winter Hunt convoy, then used Ike’s scouting to find monster strongholds and kill Half-Ogre leaders and their followers.
• Gauss refused to share his spoils with Blake’s party, and after they attacked him and Alya, he killed the four adventurers and took their belongings.
• Eberhard reviewed a recording of the fight, ordered it deleted, and arranged for the four adventurers’ deaths to be blamed on an ogre.
• Gauss and Alya found a large encampment led by a Pureblood Ogre, joined forces with Quek’s Iron Arm party, and helped clear the camp while Iron Arm fought the ogre.
• Gauss reached 1,000 kills and gained Burning Hands and Alarm, then watched Quek’s team defeat the Pureblood Ogre and returned to camp with Alya.
• After Gauss’s records showed 1,311 total kills and 19 Common Monster Codex entries, Ike led him and Alya to a raven-folk settlement, where they prepared an attack.

Gauss and Alya traveled to Barry to explore its newly emerged maze, where they hunted monsters, gathered treasure, and fought their way through the first two levels. After Gauss advanced his rank and earned several Hunter titles, they spotted a mysterious green pavilion at the end of the stretch.

• Gauss and Alya returned from the Winter Hunt to find their camp devastated by a Poison Wyvern, then made it back to Grayrock Town.
• Gauss advanced to Class Rank 2 and became a 2-Star professional, bought Identify, and celebrated the Year-End Festival with Alya.
• Gauss and Alya traveled to Barry, registered for maze exploration, and began hunting monsters in the underground settlement.
• Gauss and Alya defeated a Mud Statue by locating and striking its core, then found Mana Soil and a cracked Demon Core.
• Gauss and Alya encountered a half-snake adventurer who gave Gauss a Magic Bracelet, and later rescued a lower-ranked party from monsters.
• Gauss and Alya descended to the maze’s second level, where Gauss hunted Snakevines and helped them reach a treasure chest that proved to be a monster.
• Gauss exploited the Treasure Chest Monster’s vulnerable underside to kill it, then cooked and shared its tongue with Alya, Ulfhen, and Aike.
• Gauss killed a Carnivorous Plant and collected its spherical objects before Alya spotted a green pavilion or giant birdcage enclosed by a hazy energy membrane.

Gauss survived the Spider Demon, recruited Theron, and grew stronger while hunting monsters and exploring the maze. After uncovering a White Wand and surviving attacks by Rogues and a Drilling Worm, Gauss, Alya, and Theron entered an arena trial and began fighting a Thorned Giant Beast.

• Gauss escaped the Spider Demon’s nest with a Teleportation Scroll, unlocked Ghost Form, and was carried to safety by Theron.
• Gauss and Alya welcomed Theron into their party, then Gauss and Theron hunted goblins near Frostleaf Village and helped defend it from a Big Goblin.
• Gauss and Theron explored a strange valley, where Gauss found a White Wand that enhanced his spellcasting.
• Gauss reunited with Alya in the maze town, and the group explored the second floor, where Gauss discovered that Rogues were ambushing adventurers and captured one of them.
• Gauss led Alya and Theron to an abandoned herb garden, where they encountered a Drilling Worm and collected its magic-infused soil.
• Gauss helped rescue adventurers from a Man-eating Flower in an arena, then returned with Alya and Theron when the arena trial required everyone to enter.
• Gauss, Alya, and Theron fought a Thorned Giant Beast, and Gauss suspected that its motionless vine tail concealed its weakness.
