Feng An uncovered Black Zetsu’s plan to revive Kaguya Otsutsuki, defeated Madara Uchiha, and brought him back to Konoha after persuading him to abandon the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Madara later attacked Cloud Village and destroyed it with a meteor, while Feng An arrived to investigate the ruins.

• Kakashi identified Obito Uchiha as the masked Akatsuki member behind the Nine-Tails attack, and Tsunade ordered him sealed as Feng An confronted Kabuto Yakushi.
• Kabuto Yakushi revived Madara Uchiha, and Feng An fought him while revealing that Black Zetsu had manipulated him and that the Infinite Tsukuyomi would revive Kaguya Otsutsuki.
• Feng An helped Nagato and Konan fend off Madara, Kabuto, and Black Zetsu, freed several reanimated ninja from Kabuto’s control, and defeated Madara before taking him to Konoha.
• Madara agreed to abandon the Infinite Tsukuyomi after Feng An explained its consequences, and Nagato gave Feng An his right Rinnegan to keep it from Black Zetsu.
• Feng An bargained with Madara for instruction in Yin-Yang Release and returned his other Rinnegan, but Madara later left to kill Kabuto Yakushi and settle matters with Feng An.
• Madara pursued Kabuto to Cloud Village and destroyed the village with a giant meteor, while Yugito Nii rejected the survivors’ accusation that she was their Fifth Raikage.
• Feng An found Cloud Village in ruins and used Wind Style to clear debris as two scavengers searched the wreckage and recognized him as the legendary Red-Haired Demon.

Feng An took Gyuki into himself and brought Hinata along to protect Shion, defeating Yomi and ending Shion’s death prophecy. The group returned to Konoha, then Feng An and Hinata went to Hozuki Castle, where they found Madara fighting Black Zetsu over Gō.

• Feng An found Dust Release records in a mountain cave near Iwagakure, deciphered the chakra ratios, and destroyed the mural before Kurotsuchi could learn the technique.
• Feng An agreed to join Team 7’s mission to protect Shion on the condition that Hinata accompany him, then took Gyuki from Killer B and sealed the Eight-Tails inside himself.
• Matatabi persuaded Gyuki to accept Feng An’s terms, and Feng An forced Gyuki to shrink and stay near him after Gyuki tried to escape.
• Feng An and Hinata joined Kakashi, Naruto, Sasuke, and Shion’s escort, and Feng An and Hinata fought off Yomi’s attackers on the way to the Country of Swamps.
• Yomi trapped Feng An, Hinata, and Shion in a barrier and possessed Shion, but Feng An discovered the meteorite fragment suppressing her power and destroyed it.
• Shion’s restored power drove Yomi from her body, and Feng An killed Yomi with Dust Release, ending the threat and Shion’s prophecy.
• Feng An returned Kakashi and the others to Konoha, then traveled with Hinata, Gyuki, and Matatabi to Hozuki Castle in the Land of Grass.
• Feng An and Hinata found Madara Uchiha fighting Black Zetsu, who controlled Gō, and Madara attacked Gō after noticing Feng An.

Feng An prepared for Isshiki and the coming Otsutsuki by gathering allies and Tailed Beast chakra, while Jigen formed Kara. The arc ended with Feng An and Hinata defeating Boro and handing his Regeneration Core to Katasuke Tono and Orochimaru for study.

• Madara Uchiha learned Black Zetsu had manipulated him, but Gō took control of the fight and Hinata Hyuga split Wukong in half with the Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion.
• Feng An exposed Black Zetsu’s deception, told Madara Uchiha about the Tailed Beasts sealed inside himself and Hinata, and brought Madara back to Konoha as a neighbor.
• Feng An and Hinata captured Three-Tails Isobu, while Tsunade pursued alliances and Jigen began planning to cultivate another Ten-Tails.
• Feng An confronted Jigen, who identified himself as Isshiki Otsutsuki, then promised Hinata he would share future dangers with her.
• Nagato and Konan returned to Konoha, where Feng An welcomed them and built them a home as they resumed their work helping victims through Dusk.
• Jigen recruited Amado and other Kara members as Feng An planned to gather Shukaku and the other half of Nine-Tails to prepare against the Otsutsuki.
• Feng An extracted most of Shukaku from Gaara without killing him, then returned Gaara to the Land of Wind.
• Boro incited refugees to attack Konoha, but Feng An and Hinata defeated him after his Scientific Ninja Tools transformed him into a monster, then gave his Regeneration Core to Katasuke Tono and Orochimaru for research.

Feng An prepared for the Otsutsuki threat, absorbed the Ten-Tails, and overcame Kaguya Otsutsuki before confronting Kinshiki and Momoshiki. With Kinshiki dead and Momoshiki on the verge of defeat, Feng An pressed him for answers about the Otsutsuki Clan.

• Feng An captured Chōmei from Kaede, then returned to Konoha and learned from Tsunade that Jiraiya had uncovered Kara’s research into artificial Ōtsutsuki.
• Feng An and Tsunade summoned the previous Hokage, and Minato Namikaze learned how Naruto Uzumaki had suffered before confronting Hiruzen Sarutobi over his treatment of Naruto.
• Feng An took Minato’s Yin Nine-Tails into himself, rejected Tobirama Senju’s proposed Ninja Alliance, and convinced the group that Hashirama Senju should lead their preparations.
• Feng An sealed the Tailed Beasts into the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path and began absorbing the Ten-Tails, but Kaguya Otsutsuki appeared in his mind and tried to take control of his body.
• Feng An joined his divided consciousness and defeated Kaguya, then returned to Hinata Hyuga before Toneri warned them that Momoshiki and Kinshiki were approaching.
• Feng An and Hinata helped Toneri defeat Kinshiki, whom Feng An shattered after Toneri sealed him as a stone statue.
• Feng An fought Momoshiki on the moon, using his varied abilities to overwhelm him while Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha waited for Feng An elsewhere.
• Hinata stopped Momoshiki from pulling Toneri toward him, and Feng An questioned Momoshiki about the Otsutsuki Clan before attacking him with Eighty Gods Vacuum Attack.
