Background / History

Tianling is a noble Nine Nether Flame Sparrow from the Nine Nether Flame Sparrow Clan. She fought an expert of the Ancient Sky Eagle Clan over the Golden Spirit Wheel Mirror, then chose to perish together with him when defeat became unavoidable. Her physical body was destroyed, but her remaining essence drifted to Tianxuan Continent and entered Lin Langtian's body. With her essence close to dissipating, she formed a Bloodline Link with him, binding their lives together. 3

Initially proud and uncomfortable with being bound to a human, Tianling accepted the arrangement as necessary for survival. She asked Lin Langtian to supply high-rank Demonic Beast essence souls to nourish her recovery, allowed him to address her as “Spirit Aunt,” and promised access to part of her power in return. 3 4

After awakening, she recognized the Golden Spirit Wheel Realm as the artifact she had once fought for. Learning that it had recognized Lin Langtian as its master, she left it under his control despite their shared history with it.
