• Wu Xuan defeated Ji Juechen and Ma Rulong, won the challenge, and received an offer to join Mingde Hall.
• Wu Xuan toured the academy with Jing Ziyan and Ji Juechen, then the Body Sect attacked Mingde Hall while he entered its underground warehouses and stole Soul Tools, rare materials, Fixed Soul Cannon Shells, and the soul beast embryo.
• Electrolux recognized Wu Xuan, helped him take the embryo, and later used Wu Xuan’s Life Gold to transform his Soul Breaking Spear into a God-tier Martial Soul.

Wu Xuan returned to Shrek Academy with Ye Guyi after destroying a Holy Spirit Cult branch and gave the academy powerful Soul Tool research and weapons. As Ye Guyi joined the Inner Court and Xiao Xiao gained a new Soul Ring, the Holy Spirit Cult infiltrated Shrek while Wu Xuan’s group entered the Star Dou Great Forest’s Core Zone.

• Wu Xuan and Ye Guyi destroyed the Holy Spirit Cult branch in Ming Capital, and Electrolux accepted Ye Guyi as his student while giving Huo Yuhao the ice dragon’s power.

Wu Xuan protected Xiao Xiao from the Lich Douluo’s corruption, gained the God of Destruction’s succession and gathered immortal herbs in Sunset Forest. He then traveled to the Extreme North to find Snow Empress, reaching Dragon City to begin the search.

• Wu Xuan gave Xiao Xiao the Diamond Mammoth Right Leg Soul Bone, then joined Xuan Zi in fighting the Dark Gold Fearsome Claw Bear and the Lich Douluo, who escaped after abandoning a Soul Bone.
• Wu Xuan and Xuan Zi found Xiao Xiao and Elder Li caught in the Lich Douluo’s evil flames, and Ye Guyi purified Xiao Xiao by destroying her corrupted Nine Phoenixes Coming to Ceremony Flute Martial Soul.
• Wu Xuan killed the weakened Dark Gold Fearsome Claw Bear, took its Hundred Thousand Year Soul Ring and received the God of Destruction’s Divine Nature Seed as his chosen successor.
• Wu Xuan traveled to Sunset Forest, cleared a path through its poisonous miasma and defeated the immortal herbs guarding the valley, taking several valuable plants and capturing Infernal Delicate Apricot.
• Wu Xuan headed for the Extreme North to find a new martial soul for Xiao Xiao, but Ice Empress asked him to seek Snow Empress instead, and he agreed.
• Wu Xuan fought past the Extreme North Ice Bears and searched Ice Ling Snow Mountain with Ice Empress, then learned from Xiao Han that Snow Empress had gone to a city near the Extreme North.

Wu Xuan brought the Snow Empress to Shrek and helped Xiao Xiao gain her as a second martial soul, then strengthened Ma Xiaotao and recruited the Qian Gu Family into his planned faction. The arc ended with Qian Gu Ming and Qian Gu Chang An gaining power and the new faction taking the name Spirit Pagoda.

• Wu Xuan broke through to level seventy, found the Snow Empress in Maple Snow Junior Soul Master Academy, defeated her, and brought her to Shrek.
• Wu Xuan explained his plan to Snow Empress, who agreed to become Xiao Xiao’s second martial soul after meeting her.
