Background

Honglian served in the Jiangcheng Branch of the Dimensional Limit Organization, where her naturally red hair manifested alongside her awakening. She initially tried to conceal it beneath short hair and a hat, but eventually stopped hiding the mutation 69.

During the Botanical Garden Erosion incident, Honglian independently recognized that the apparent zoo threat was a diversion and immediately redirected the Organization toward the true target: the botanical garden’s intrusion point.
