It looked so familiar.
Not only the people and surroundings seemed familiar, but even this wanted poster looked like something she'd seen before.
007 stared at the wanted poster in her hands for a while. A photo took up the top half of it, and it was such an ugly candid shot that it took her a moment to identify the person in it. The "ugly Mr. Gu" was Gu Mian.
As she stared at the ugly yet familiar photo in her hands, she noticed out of the corner of her eye that a tall figure was approaching from a distance.
007 looked up in that direction, her pupils contracting.
The figure had a long, slender body, and instead of a head, there was a huge serving tray atop its neck. Something seemed to be sitting on the tray.
Strange-looking creatures like this were common in Crazy Game City. There was even a talking dog in a green hat handing out flyers nearby. But for some reason, as she watched the person with the tray get closer, a sudden sense of foreboding came over her.
The tray-headed person drew closer and was about to reach 007.
Then, for some inexplicable reason, she suddenly stepped back. Honestly, she didn't know why she'd retreated. By the time she realized what she was doing, her body had already moved on its own.
After she took two steps back, the tray on the person's neck suddenly tilted. Something slid off and hit the spot where she'd been standing with a loud smack.
007 looked down. It was a huge fried egg, its surface glistening with oil.
If she hadn't stepped back just now, that greasy fried egg would have hit her on the head.
"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry." The tray-headed person hurriedly
