With that thought in mind, Shane followed the shit-yellow aliens.

These fellows weren't combatants. The weapons in their hands were probably just for basic self-defense.

The strongest evidence was that they couldn't even be bothered to carry Shazam and Shane's Generic Body themselves. They simply ordered two warriors wearing collars to come over.

Shane's Generic Body was relatively light and could be picked up with one hand.

Shazam, on the other hand, had the same hulking build as Superman. There was no way he could be light.

Fortunately, the collared gladiators were all fairly strong.

At the shit-yellow aliens' summons, two gladiators who were clearly the most frequently bullied broke away from the group, which had been heading back with their heads lowered, and came over to help carry them.

The tangled network of walkways reminded Shane of the Guardians of the Galaxy movies he'd watched in his previous life. The Ravagers' ships had much the same interior layout.

Shazam and the expendable Generic Body were carried to a place that was clearly a prison.

The two low-ranking gladiators dumped them inside, muttered a few disgruntled words, then turned and left.

They didn't live here. Since they could be ordered around by the shit-yellow aliens and were allowed to leave Warworld briefly on outside assignments, the gladiators probably had their own internal hierarchy.

He just didn't know whether earning that basic level of trust required winning a certain number of duels or simply being imprisoned on this planet long enough.

Naturally, Shane wasn't going to take such a stupid approach. It would waste too much time.

He only wanted to find out how powerful Mongul was and locate the treasure vaults that almost certainly existed.

Then he would strike hard.
