Mosen pushed a cart, a large bundle on his back, and returned to Extreme Cold Hell with twice the amount of food as last time.

Just as when Mosen left, he received the "stares" of the prisoners upon his return from the outside.

But all of this required strength to support it, at the very least, absolute control over Extreme Cold Hell.

With this in mind, Mosen decided to first approach these pirates outside, understand their general situation, and if conditions allowed, perhaps make an example of a few to establish his authority among the prisoners.
