Background / History

Sose grew up in a family strained by her parents’ distance and eventual divorce. Her mother was frequently away for work, leaving Sose alone in their high-rise apartment; this lack of a stable family life contributed to her intense attachment to Crychic and her wish to keep its members together. Her father had once run a festival shooting stall, but later withdrew from the family. 96 256 257

At Tsukinomori, Sose maintains the image of a graceful, model young lady. She is well regarded by classmates and teachers, but privately feels that she has few genuine friends and does not spend much time with school acquaintances outside class. 27 37

Crychic became Sose’s emotional refuge. She helped create “Kasugakage” with the band and remained determined to reunite its original members after Sakiko’s departure. After suddenly transmigrating into Riki’s world, Sose initially suspected him of kidnapping her.
