He was said to have practiced the Great Heavenly Merit for centuries and, after reincarnating, to have used it to devour the bloodlines and power of others while presenting it as a meritorious cultivation method 137.

After attaining godhood, Han San reportedly confronted the Dragon King during a catastrophe in the God Realm. He sealed the Dragon King and, amid the resulting space-time storm, sent his son Han Wei to the Great Hall of the Dragon King for protection 88.

Han San's schemes extended to his family and allies. He used his daughter Han Ling—identified as Wang Dong'er while disguised as Wang Lang—to influence Peng Wufeng, while sealing part of her divine essence.
