Level 11 "Simulacrum" had overcome nearly all the flaws of the original spell. Not only could it create one additional copy, but it also no longer required frequent casting.
In Anse's view, simulacrums were more useful than divine incarnations.
Divine power probably could not be replicated, because the strength of a god's incarnation was far weaker than that of the god's true body—not merely because of the restrictions of the rules.

Anse established Telepathy with the simulacrum. Once it had dealt with the enemy at hand, he ordered it to find somewhere secluded and wait.
The simulacrum seemed to realize something. It silently teleported into the wilderness, removed the Magic Items it carried, and piled them together.
Anse focused and cast his Signature Spell, "Simulacrum."
This was his first time casting "Simulacrum." Previously, he had relied entirely on "Wish" to imitate it.
Far away in the wilderness, the simulacrum closed its eyes. Its body shuddered, then melted into a pool of liquid metal that flowed onto the ground and solidified into a lump of metal ingot.
An Arcane Sentinel appeared out of thin air, picked up the metal ingot and the Magic Items beside it, then teleported back to Horley Federation.
At the same time, Anse watched as the metal ingot used as material gathered under the spell's influence into two blurry humanoid forms, and he came to a realization.
Using "Wish" to imitate a spell's effect was like taking a shortcut; he could not learn anything from it. Only by casting the original spell directly could he improve.
"It needs eight hours. Looks like I'll miss the New Year's carnival," Anse said regretfully.
There were only a few hours left before nightfall. Tonight was New Year's Eve, as well as the beginning of the New
