So Spirit Dragons Have No Mothers

In just one day, several colossal cities rose from the ground across Middle-earth.

Simulacrums could build dozens of them in one go, but the powers beyond Middle-earth were complicated, making reckless expansion inconvenient.

The northern ogre kingdom of Terragrim practiced strict isolationism and regarded other races as "inferior lifeforms." It was a tough bone to chew.

The Etraen Kingdom near the Fexara Republic had been founded by several mage-noble families. It was relatively stable and was no longer among the targets for conquest.

In the south lay the Hesk... Dwarf Kingdom, the Kadarto Republic, and the Charant Aros Alliance. The vast Hesk... Desert separated them, making travel inconvenient.

The Empire would use gentler methods with them and would not force the issue.

There was also the Empty Land in the continent's southeast, littered with ancient city ruins; No Man's Land at the easternmost edge of the continent, home to the Bakali Lizardfolk; and the Sargasso Archipelago in the north, where many races lived together—

The Spirit Dragon Empire's initial goal was the vast and fertile Middle-earth. Its priority was maintaining stability, and it would not forcibly wage war against the peaceful regions around it for territory.

But as long as the Empire developed well, those neighboring nations would find their own ways to join.

Just like now, those miraculous colossal cities had already been respectfully dubbed "Holy Cities" by Spirit Network members, while the Spirit Dragon Empire was called "a terrestrial Divine Kingdom where Divine Favor covered the land."

Every Holy City became a hot topic of discussion. Everyone wished they could move in immediately.

But becoming a Holy City resident required applying in advance.

Spirit Network members could apply through the Spirit Network. Ordinary people needed to submit applications with the help of Spirit Network members, or personally visit
