The star chart room was at the rear of the Crystal Warship's cockpit, but it had already been emptied. Not even a scrap of paper remained.
The Star Ring Adventure Group hadn't damaged the hull, but they had stripped it like bandits, taking anything with even the slightest value. They hadn't even spared the ship's log.
Fortunately, Ronan had left the Antilan nobles a little dignity by leaving their everyday clothes alone.
But Lumina had said earlier that she had military star charts, which meant the Star Ring Adventure Group hadn't found them and had only taken some ordinary charts.
"The military star charts are stored in the ship itself, but only a Solar Mage can unlock them." Lumina tapped her forehead with her wand, hinting at something. "I didn't even notice them," Anse said in astonishment.
In theory, he already controlled this Crystal Warship, yet he hadn't detected anything else unusual.
"It only recognizes Solar Mages," Lumina stressed.
"Very interesting."
Anse sat down at the Magic Rudder again, reestablished his mental link with the warship, and actively used Dice to scan the starship's information.
A moment later, Dice brought up the starship's information.
Sure enough, there was a hidden trait called "Solar Mark." There was no energy reaction inside it; it only stored the warship's navigation and combat data, changes in Rudder Masters and their mental imprints, and the military star charts.
"Pretty sophisticated. Like a magitech black box."
Unfortunately, Anse wasn't a Solar Mage. Forcing it open would only destroy the Solar Mark.
He reached out and gently patted Lumina's shoulder, transferring the Crystal Warship's attunement to her.
Lucian happened to enter just then. Seeing Anse's gesture, he felt an inexplicable stab of panic.
Only when Anse made no further move did he breathe a sigh of relief.
