Background / History
Olivia is an Ancient Dragon Princess who became an Evil God and the supreme being of the Nether Realm. Her ascension granted immortality to ancient dragons loyal to her; however, dragons who oppose her authority are excluded from that protection. 17
Her influence in the Hain Empire operates through Dreamland, an Imperial Capital brothel secretly maintained by Succubi. Dreamland was established to corrupt influential mortals and provide Olivia with lust energy, but the Empire's expanding evangelism left her with declining believers and a threatened shortage of that energy. 3 7
Before Rhine Hain's genuine arrival, Olivia was repeatedly swindled by impostors using his name. One fraudster obtained eight thousand Dragon Scales, and more than a hundred others later claimed rewards as “Rhine Hyun,” making her a laughingstock in the Nether Realm. 6
Appearance
Olivia normally appears as a petite, beautiful dragon girl seated upon a throne woven from thorns and blossoms. Her small form conceals the reflected silhouette of a colossal dragon capable of tearing the world apart. 6
- Dragon horns and vertical pupils. 6
- An elegant, solemn bearing when receiving visitors. 6
- A terrifying dragon-shaped presence that exerts crushing pressure on nearby mortals. 6
Personality
Olivia is driven strongly by emotion, especially lust, excitement, pride, and curiosity. Despite being a supreme being, she is readily flattered; Rhine gains her initial favor by praising her willingness to negotiate with a mortal, privately considering her easy to manipulate. 7
She enjoys watching intense emotional corruption rather than pursuing material wealth. The breaking of an Imperial Guard's vows is especially valuable to her because it combines taboo, desire, love, and betrayal of Order. 8 48
Olivia can be capricious and cruel toward believers, using her authority to exploit personal weaknesses. At the same time, she honors her agreement not to read Rhine's thoughts and shows mercy toward Obadiah before his rebellion becomes irreversible. 5 7 42

Story Role / Major Arcs
Dreamland Pact
When Rhine enters Dreamland with Constance, Olivia initially suspects another impersonator. Once she confirms his identity, she agrees to negotiate with him after he appeals to her pride and promises to spread her glory across the mortal world. 6 7 8
Olivia accepts Rhine as an exception to her usual dealings and offers power, advice, and support. In exchange, she requires him to make the chaste Imperial Guards fall in love with him and willingly violate the Sanctuary's taboos, offering their corruption to her. 8
Obadiah’s Subjugation
Rhine proposes eliminating Obadiah, an ancient dragon preparing to challenge Olivia's authority. Olivia agrees to remove his immortality and promises Rhine Obadiah's collection if he succeeds. 13 14
She guides Rhine to the Blazing Sun Deep Wall but warns that Obadiah's lair barriers will delay her direct assistance. Rhine declines that assistance and instead negotiates for a peerless reward upon victory. 25
After Obadiah's defeat, Olivia secretly preserves his life because he remains one of her subjects and ancient dragons are rare. Her mercy unsettles Obadiah's determination to oppose her. 42
Reward for Hela’s Corruption
Olivia observes Hela's growing love for Rhine through his dragon eyes and takes particular interest in the outcome. After Hela breaks her chastity vow and becomes devoted to Rhine, Olivia considers the event an exceptionally satisfying fulfillment of their contract. 47 48
Rather than requesting another personal blessing, Rhine asks Olivia to use her demons to corrupt Leta. Olivia eagerly accepts, concluding their first major transaction. 48
