After learning that Uchiha Itachi had discovered a mysterious underground space, Youhu's expression darkened. With Kakashi leading the way, the two followed behind Uchiha Itachi.
Uchiha Itachi was a ninja who possessed both the traits of a Lone Star and Strong Luck.
Ninjas who spent a long time with Uchiha Itachi had their luck rapidly drained away and soon became unfortunate. That luck was converted into Uchiha Itachi's own Strong Luck.

Shisui saved Uchiha Itachi, only for Uchiha Itachi to later take one of his Mangekyō Sharingan.
Fugaku and Mikoto gave birth to and raised Uchiha Itachi, only to be rewarded with their clan's annihilation. The large family of hundreds was ultimately reduced to Sasuke as its sole surviving member.
Even Danzo was affected. After the Clan Annihilation Night, he lost control of the Root Ninja.
Later, during his first important mission after defecting, he even dragged Juzo Biwa down with him, successfully making Kisame Hoshigaki the third owner of Samehada.
At the same time, Uchiha Itachi's luck was practically absurd.
It was understandable that he wielded the three ocular techniques Kotoamatsukami, Tsukuyomi, and Amaterasu. They came from his own Mangekyō and his friend's eye.
His mastery of the Transcription Seal, Izanagi, and Izanami was also acceptable.
After all, he was Clan Head Fugaku's son. It was perfectly understandable that he knew some Uchiha Inheritance.

They followed Itachi into an Underground Passage.

In the very center of the space stood a Stone Gate carved with the Uchiha Clan Crest.
At the sight of the gate, Youhu could guess that this was where Uchiha Madara had lived out his final years. Only the aging Uchiha Madara would have needed to hide away and avoid being discovered.
"Senior Itachi, could this be where Obito received Uchiha Madara's Inheritance?"
"If there really is a place where Uchiha Madara's Inheritance was passed down, this should be it..."
Itachi wasn't certain, either. Earlier, he had simply been curious and ventured underground. When he saw the Uchiha Clan Crest, he hurried back to notify Youhu and Kakashi.
Looking at the enormous Stone Gate before them, Kakashi's expression grew solemn. He said in a low voice, "Youhu, you guessed right again. There really is Uchiha Madara's Inheritance in Grass Country. Obito must have trained here, which is how he became so strong."
"Let's go in and have a look. There might be some useful information inside."
As he spoke, Kakashi pushed against the Stone Gate.
The awkward part was that he couldn't move it at all. He could only gesture for Youhu to come help.
Youhu walked over and pushed lightly. The Stone Gate swung open with ease. "Captain Kakashi, you really ought to work out. Don't spend all day reading Icha Icha Paradise..."
Kakashi's face flushed. That was pure brute strength; what did it have to do with whether he read Icha Icha Paradise?
They entered through the Stone Gate.
Beyond it was a spacious hall connected to several small rooms of unknown purpose. Inside were all sorts of abandoned furniture and discarded weapons.
"This place has been abandoned for many years."
Kakashi ran a hand over the furniture. It was covered in a thick layer of dust, but judging by the wear, someone had definitely lived here once.
Perhaps Obito had studied and trained here.
Itachi, meanwhile, went to the abandoned Equipment Room, where several damaged suits of armor had been left.
They were armor from the Warring States Period. They offered good protection, but were too heavy. After Konohagakure was founded, they were gradually replaced by Ninja Combat Suits.
The weapons scattered across the floor had lost their former luster to rust and were nearly unusable.
Seeing this, Itachi could confirm that this was where Uchiha Madara had once hidden.
After fighting Hashirama Senju, Uchiha Madara must have escaped by some means, but he had suffered severe losses and had no choice but to come here to recuperate.
Otherwise, judging by the records in the texts, this legendary Uchiha Clan Head would have long since returned to Konoha.
If only he could find Uchiha Madara's Inheritance here, or a way for the clan to integrate into the village. He had no idea what Obito had gone through here to become the Village Attacking Masked Man.
After searching the Equipment Room, Itachi found nothing useful.
Kakashi came up empty, too. He hadn't found any books or ninjutsu left behind by Uchiha Madara, nor had he seen anything resembling an Inheritance Ground.
After leaving the rooms they had searched, Kakashi ran into Itachi and asked quietly, "Itachi, did you find anything? Any Divine Weapons left behind by Uchiha Madara?"
Itachi shook his head, then said,
"The Uchiha Gunbai Madara took isn't here. It must have ended up with Obito. What I can say for certain is that Uchiha Madara definitely stayed here."
"I didn't find anything, either. All the books in the library have been taken."
Kakashi wasn't surprised. He hadn't found anything on his end, either. "By the way, where did Youhu go? Don't tell me he's wandered off again?"
That was certainly possible.
Itachi and Kakashi exchanged a glance, understood each other immediately, and hurried toward the last room.
Inside the last room of the underground space,
it was more like a second hall than a room. It stood empty, as though something had once been there but had been taken away. Only an ordinary stone bed remained.
Youhu sat cross-legged on the stone bed, gazing at the mural hanging above the entrance.
Following Youhu's gaze, Itachi and Kakashi soon spotted the mural. It depicted the deity recorded in Uchiha texts, mysterious and powerful.
Youhu was staring fixedly at the Uchiha Deity on the mural, so engrossed that he hadn't even noticed them enter.
"What's Youhu doing?"
Kakashi was baffled. He didn't understand what was so fascinating about this Uchiha Deity. It didn't look any different from the deities in the temples of the Land of Fire.
But he didn't want to disturb Youhu, worried that waking him just then might have a negative effect.
At that moment, Itachi seemed to realize something. He pulled Kakashi aside and said gravely, "Captain Kakashi, this must be the Inheritance Uchiha Madara left behind. Youhu is comprehending Uchiha Madara's Inheritance."
"Huh? This is Uchiha Madara's Inheritance?"
Kakashi froze. He had never seen an inheritance like this. Weren't inheritances supposed to be stored as scrolls in a library?
What could a stone wall possibly record?
Itachi nodded solemnly.
"Captain Kakashi, have you forgotten our Uchiha Illusion Techniques? We can transmit a large amount of information through illusions. This stone wall might contain a similar ninjutsu."
"The Uchiha really are enviable."
Kakashi had never seen Uchiha Inheritance before, so he could only choose to believe Itachi. He couldn't help marveling at Youhu's luck, too.
"Hopefully, Youhu can grasp something useful. Fighting Obito at Jonin strength is still a bit of a stretch."
