• Ryobu recovered his memories of the Naruto plot and ran toward the Uchiha compound after realizing the massacre was beginning.
• Candy and Snow Leopard told Ryobu that a masked intruder had defeated the Police Force and that Itachi was killing the clan, prompting Ryobu to awaken the Three Tomoe Sharingan and send them to stop Itachi.
• Ryobu and Sasuke entered the Uchiha compound and found its members dead, including Izumi, as Sasuke broke down in tears.

• Dan used Spirit Transformation Technique to invade Ryobu, disrupting his Sage Mode fusion and causing Natural Energy to run wild.
• Ryobu transformed into a monstrous Demon Cat, lost his humanity, and went on a rampage as the Wood Dragons destroyed the White Snake Temple.
• Tagitsuhime swallowed Liao Wu, but he tore free from inside her and killed her.
• Liao Wu appeared among Orochimaru and the others at blinding speed and ripped Orochimaru’s heart out.
• Liao Wu unleashed a devastating shockwave that destroyed the temple, while Anko protected Candy and Yamato shielded them with a Wood Golem Wall.

After Orochimaru’s body was destroyed, Snake Aunt took control of his reanimated shinobi, but Candy forced her to help restrain Liao Wu instead. Liao Wu returned in his monstrous form, killed Tobirama, and was trapped when Snake Aunt, Kagami, Dan, and Ichikishimahime raised the Four Red Yang Formation.

• Snake Aunt and the others emerged from the ruined cavern and learned that Orochimaru’s original body was missing while Liao Wu remained alive beneath the earth.
• Dan searched the rubble and reported that Orochimaru’s body had been torn apart, so Snake Aunt took control of the reanimated shinobi.
• Tobirama attacked Candy, but Liao Wu appeared and tore Tobirama apart before Candy escaped underground.
• Candy forced Snake Aunt to control Kagami and Dan and help restrain Liao Wu rather than kill him.

Snake Aunt and the others trapped Liao Wu in the Four Red Yang Formation, but his uncontrolled Sage Transformation left him too fast to restrain. Tobirama activated his Curse Mark’s state two and fought Liao Wu in a darkness he could control, yet Liao Wu’s defense and rapid regeneration kept him from being injured.

• Kagami, Dan, Snake Aunt, and Ichikishimahime sealed Liao Wu inside the Four Red Yang Formation, where he attacked Tobirama instead of the barrier.
• Snake Aunt and Ichikishimahime planned to restrain Liao Wu and rebalance his natural energy, so Anko and Yamato used Wood Style to try to pin him down.
• Liao Wu evaded the trees and resumed beating Tobirama, who activated his Curse Mark and transformed into the Night Bat in state two.

After learning Orochimaru had sabotaged Ryobu’s Sage Mode training, Hashirama hesitated to kill him because he was Tsunade’s husband, and Tobirama revealed Madara had arranged their marriage to provoke Ryobu’s Mangekyō awakening.

• Hashirama struck Ryobu with a powerful punch, but Ryobu rapidly regenerated and charged back into the fight.
• Candy contacted Shukaku and Chongming inside Ryobu and ordered them to consume his excess Natural Energy to help restore him.

The memories sealed by the White Snake Sage returned, revealing that he was the rogue ninja Uchiha Ryobu, though he chose to remain in the illusion long enough to finish his life there.

• Danzo agreed to spare Liao Wu only if Itachi placed the Cursed Tongue Eradication Seal on him, and Itachi accepted.
• Itachi killed Mikoto and tried to reach Liao Wu, while Sasuke and the cats attempted to protect him.

Liao Wu awakened a Mangekyō Sharingan and summoned Perfect Susanoo, revealing overwhelming power over Konoha. After gathering the Uchiha dead into the Susanoo, he prepared to attack the village and accused Itachi of carrying out the massacre with the higher-ups’ approval.

• Liao Wu gained chakra and kicked Itachi out of the Uchiha compound when Itachi tried to cast Tsukuyomi on him.
• Liao Wu summoned a towering Perfect Susanoo, whose appearance stunned Konoha’s people, the Third Hokage, and Danzo.

• Fish Ball electrocuted Sasuke unconscious after Sasuke struggled to process his clan’s massacre and Liao Wu’s revelations.

• Liao Wu redirected Itachi’s Amaterasu flames with the Flame Uchiha Gunbai, spreading them across Konoha, then used Inorganic Reincarnation to kill the survivors, Danzo, and Root.

• Naruto said he hated the villagers but questioned why Ryobu had killed them and said he wanted to make amends.
• Ryobu told Naruto that he was Minato’s son and the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki, and Itachi explained that Danzo had leaked Naruto’s identity.
