At the ambush perimeter around the Action Bureau, Mr. Qingming checked the time again.
Another half hour had passed since midnight.
There was still no sign of activity outside, and the scouts they had sent out had brought back nothing useful. It was as though Luo Teng and that kid Jiang Yue had vanished from the face of the earth and would never return to the Action Bureau.
