• Chen Lin killed Bai Ruxue, fled the giant eyes with Grass, and learned that the Main Camp had vanished as the Great Heavens Projection began.
• Chen Lin followed the Round Token’s resonance to the sealed Xiao Luo, where Blue Charm and Zhenyangzi helped him open the cauldron and attack it.
• Chen Lin destroyed the Xiao Luo, but the Gourmet Guardian appeared, revealed his plan to take Chen Lin’s destiny rule origin essence, and attacked him.
• Grass merged with the Thunder God Sword and destroyed the Gourmet Guardian, allowing Chen Lin to escape through a Space Rift as the projection began.

He returned to seclusion as the Jade Coffin grew more active and warned Huangfu Qingrou about the coming great tribulation and their illusory world.

• Chen Lin helped Huangfu Ying’s group survive an attack, learned Snow Eagle had destroyed her lineage, and later left with Huangfu Qingrou after discovering a living presence in the Jade Coffin.
• Chen Lin settled in Three Pillars City, cultivated for a century, advanced to late Void Refinement and the seventh layer of dao rhyme, and helped Huangfu Qingrou reach Spirit Transformation.
• Chen Lin and Huangfu Qingrou restored the Thunder God Sword with Xiao Luo’s origin light particles, but the sword drained Chen Lin when he tried to activate it.
• Chen Lin met Yang Zihua, who resembled Yang Zishi, then traveled to Leaving Fire City to seek furnace purgatory stone from the Zhen Family.

Chen Lin advanced to Dao Integration, defeated the Leaving Fire Dao Monarch, and later helped Huangfu Qingrou survive her own ascension. After learning that Xiyue ruled the Pillar Heavens and was searching for him, Chen Lin disguised himself and went to investigate the Light Gate.

• Chen Lin refined the Heaven-Defying Pill, reached Void Refinement perfection, and later used his fate ability to help Yang Zihua achieve Foundation Establishment.

• Chen Lin and Huangfu Qingrou reached the Light Gate, where Chen Lin recognized its patterns from his Round Token and watched Yang Qianxing and Baili Qingfeng agree to collect light particles for Xiyue.
