• Chen Lin joined Zishu’s group, learned that the Immortal Palace’s trials could be lethal, and helped destroy the sealed Youruo, Tianluo, and Asura remnant thoughts in exchange for supplies and a return passage.
• Chen Lin refined a Death-Replacement Puppet, strengthened the Thunder God Sword, and planned with Hua Ruyu to deal with the Spirit Demon Ancestor while pursuing a route to the Jingguang Realm.
• Chen Lin and Hua Ruyu attacked the Spirit Demon Ancestor’s cave, and Chen Lin killed him with the Thunder God Sword before they found a statue that revealed Hua Ruyu as Bei Wumeng and caused her to vanish.

Chen Lin pursued resources and recipes across the Floating Realm and Nightmare Realm while building Ruyi Island and gathering allies. On Gourmet Island, he traded for the Divine Snail Shell, helped Xueniang recover fragments of her past, and earned a two-star rating for Mortal Dust Spirit Dew before the festival’s higher-stakes offerings continued.

• Chen Lin descended through the Floating Realm, fought human-faced mosquitoes, and gathered their mouthparts before seeking supplies on Gourmet Island and the Liangtian Continent.
• Chen Lin recruited Wang Tianlin and Zhang Xuanwang, acquired control of the Liu Family Steamed Bun Shop through Xu Zhengren’s marriage to Liu Sanniang, and discovered the original bun recipe.
• Chen Lin trained Lin Xianxian as his disciple on Ruyi Island, traded with Blue Butterfly for an Origin Orb and Black Finger, and later lost three cultivators he sent into the Black Finger Scenario.

Chen Lin used his Gourmet Festival success to gain new powers and resources, then returned to the Southern Star Realm to find it shattered and reconnect with old companions. After searching for his family and gathering those who could travel, he prepared to leave the realm for another plane.

• Chen Lin won the Gourmet Festival with his Soul Steamed Buns, earned a million points and new privileges, and later used an Origin Orb to destroy a hidden clone within his fate screen.
• Chen Lin opened a Soul Steamed Bun Shop with Xue Wa, then traveled to the Southern Star Realm and met Ximen Wuxue, helping her with talismans before fighting the Shadow-Transforming Sect's ambushers.
• Chen Lin learned that the Hongshan Continent had shattered, visited the Zhaosan Fishery, and traveled with Qiaoniang to Liangyi City, where he reunited with Zhou Shiwu and Huang Liu.

• Alan gave Chen Lin a golden lightning fruit pit and asked him to rescue Yun Xiumian, and Chen Lin left after giving her Drunken God Brew.

Chen Lin pursued a cure for the mismatch between his soul and body, strengthened himself with the Eight-Arm Circumambulation, and continued searching for Yang Zishi and old allies. The arc ended with Zhang Zitong escaping his scenario to seek Princess Qinghua and Luo Xiaoyu while Chen Lin investigated the sealed Li Family residence.

• Chen Lin met the Gourmet Guardian, who warned him to leave the Void Realm within a thousand years and helped Qiaoniang obtain a Floating Realm destination on her Teleportation Token.
• Chen Lin organized Ruyi Island, helped Zheng Xuanqing reach Golden Core, and sent Yuan Zhenhai to investigate the Black Finger Scenario, where he found an Origin Orb and evidence of strange energy affecting talent origins.
